What should BlackRose have in Mutation she is level 35
What should Kite have have in mutation and is what are good character combos ?

for blackrose... i got the rare weapon sakabatou that seemed to work pretty well throughout all of mutation

as for kite... grab a collection of different weapons for the various skills
remember, element crit is your best friend. thats probably why i gave kite all wavemaster equip.
