I believe that those tracks are in the .hack//Game Music - Perfect Collection Soundtrack. If you have an FYE music store or Suncoast try looking around there. I know that I saw it in FYE, and Suncoast would also most likely carry it. If you can't find it there, or you don't have those stores, your only choice is to purchase it online.

Try a Japanese speciality store/bookstore/market. The game's music is especially hard to find (in comparison to //sign's soundtrack which can just be found at suncoast).

Like people said Japanese speciality store. That's where I get all my anime music and lots of other awesome stuff. It's usually is a lot cheaper there too. The .hack//Sign box set at Suncoast is around $150 but at most Japanese stores it can go for less than $100. But then again I've only been to 3 or 4 of them so I can't say that's true everywhere...

You may also want to try special ordering it from Best Buy.
If Best Buy doesn't have it in their store, ask them if they can order it for you (and have it mailed straight to your house!)

One problem though. If you're looking for "Harald's Theme" it's not on the soundtrack. It's a **** to find.
