If you get the "client" from coldbirds site you will be able to play online and mostly stuff is in english *except default area names*

Dude I admire your spunk, but reviving that game is nearly impossible without the technical know-how and no ones going to teach you over the internet. You'd prolly have better luck modding imoq to play any character as that would be fragment-esque game play. Other than that you could pick up where c bird left off which would probably take some schooling to say the least.
