Anyone rent the series from Netfliks? I did and it had most of the series except one DVD which I had to buy and they had all of Roots.
You can bet I couldn't wait for it to show up in the mailbox.
Yeah their policy on anime sucked at least back then because some series were complete and other had discs missing from the SERIES. Anyone know if it's changed since then?

Well.. I don't have the subscription to the DVDs in Netflix just the online ones.
I'm glad that they placed .hack//Quantum in there though. Hopefully they'll put SIGN soon.

wow this thread just became relevant again, thanks to them getting .hack//QUANTUM... i'm really hoping they get SIGN & ROOTS on the digital service soon... even though i have all the Limited Editions for both series, i want others to have access to this series as well, especially a new audience... i just got my niece turned onto .hack//SIGN, and having it on NetFlix could easily allow others her age range to see it as well...

I agree, I recently had to loan .hack//SIGN to a friend. It's the logical starting point for .hack, but it's really hard to obtain nowadays. Netflix would make it easier to convert people.

I don't have the DVDs for SIGN. ''''OTL
I don't have any DVDs for any of them...
I wish I did. That's why I really hope they do place more .hack series on Netflix. I enjoyed that they placed both subs and dubs.

Well with Funimation in charge, there is probably a good chance that they may add them. I have the complete series of .hack//SIGN, but there were one or two episodes of ROOTS that I have yet to see. It would be even better if they put the .hack movie on there.

I would really be happy if they put ROOTS. All I watched are a few episodes.
//SIGN would be good because it is the beginning. Did Funimation get all the .hack series?

Agreed. I wonder if they really would place .hack//SIGN and .hack//ROOTS to Netflix. Currently I'm looking at Netflix and I see kind of current anime that is in there but also past anime (Trigun, Tenshi Muyo, Digimon: Digital Monsters).
So if they start placing SIGN and ROOTS and the others in Netflix. I'd be a happier Netflix user. I was happy when they put in the first Digimon: Digital Monsters series in.
