Where can you find/how did you get Outbreak?
I found Outbreak at my local Wal-Mart. Its $49.99 plus tax. And my paycheck is a bit reduced of $120.00(maybe some cents) XD

Best bet these days is ebay, I haven't seen a sealed copy of any of the .hack games (N/A) in years. If anything, those little local game stores that have a used game section might have a copy, though you may need to sacrifice having a case cover, a manual, or if looking for IMOQ, the anime DVD.

My friend gave me his. He stopped plating PS2 games and was giving it away. Bad thing was he didn't have all 4. He also only had G.U Vol 2.
Currently playing .hack//IMOQ again. Just can't help but go back to my PS2.
