I was just browsing my music when i came across TWEWY at the exact moment i was in this forum therefore logically i will begin this topic, apparently a sequel is coming out to this, geez I'm getting pumped. I haven't actually checked for any new info for a bit although there probably isn't any more, only that pic with that schoolgirl holding mew.

I think this thread is still "new'" enough to be considered too old to necropost.
I haven't played it but I've read about it..so I apologize if some of my facts aren't 100% correct. (I'm also not so great at explaining, so please bear with me =p)
You play as the anti-social character Neku Sakuraba who doesn't "get" people and prefers to be in his own world. You somehow find yourself in the realm of the Underground, an alternate plane of existence for people who died. Not knowing how you got there, you are forced to play a Game where your entire existence is at stake. Those who win can either be brought back to life, or transform into higher spiritual beings called Reapers. There is a catch though: the Game's rules are set by the Composer (a god-like entity) who oversees Shibuya, I suppose. The Composer not only sets the rules and objectives, but also send Reapers to be your opponents.
The plot requires you to be partnered with one other person, and there are three main ones you meet throughout the game. The battle system looks similar to KH: CoM's but seems more fun because you are fighting with two characters at once.
Here is a showcase of all of the special attacks that are available. There's no need to watch the whole video if you want to avoid spoilerish stuff~ Hope that helps ^^
I love this game! I know they re-released on IOS, but from what I've heard, gameplay and story have been changed a bit. A sequel would sweet, especially since it was one of those games that fully utilized both DS screens.
I've heard it's a very good game, but I can't seem to find a copy anywhere.. Kinda bums me out a little since I know it's been out for quite some time.
