Re: "Angel's House"
Zorlo clicked another of his prayer beads together and smiled at her. "She shall be down when she is ready. For now, she sauces her soul with liquid courage to face these fresh, new faces. Let us not begrudge her difficulty with others and accept that her poor soul requires as much aid as yours, mine or these new folks."
"You know, I hate you Zorlo. Of all of the people in existence I could have wound up with, I drew you. What do you do? You pray in languages I don't understand, read and meditate. What do I want to do? Get sloshed and bang chicks. I mean, come on, there has to be some Fonz in you somewhere!" the sword objected, but Zorlo didn't budge in the least.
"This world is an illusion created by the Brahma to seek to guide our souls onto Moksha where we are purified to begin the cycle again. The material, perchance, is immaterial in terms of importance, then?" he asked aloud, but knew none would answer.
"When I figure out how... I will KILL you. I. Will. Kill. YOU! ... Gods I hate you."

Re: "Angel's House"
"I... see..." Araihan replied as she sighed, closing her eyes a moment as Kyousuke & Akiko accidentally disturbed her dolls on the sofas. "So then..." And the violet-haired girl double-taked as she suddenly found Zorlo across the room next to the entrance door. Judging by the way several other were looking around, the entire room--including her dolls--must of managed the theoretically impossibility of blinking simultaneously. "...how does he keep doing that...?" she murmured in exasperation.
Just after Akiko & Kyousuke sat down the Dolls on the couches fell over from the sudden weight shift. But rather then waiting there, the Doll next to Akiko pushed itself up and stood, using the woman's body to brace itself with one hand as it did. The blonde-haired doll took a moment to brush itself off and smooth out its long, azure dress before moving over slight to sit back down so as to stay upright. The one next to Kyousuke started the same, standing and brushing itself off, but rather then sit there again, it floated up to the back of the sofa to sit down and continue its passive gazing.

Re: "Angel's House"
Yuriko did not particularly like crowds. More so because of her last real experience with crowds. Still, she hid behind a few of the recruits with her sport bag being held over her shoulder. Part of her knew that Angel's House was a priviledge and she should relax a little that she had cleaned up enough to be here. Still, part of her was afraid of what could happen. Closing her eyes, she adjusted her glasses with one hand and tried to ignore the voice that reminded her a bit of her former customers. Just as she finally relaxed the door opened and a woman with heeled shoes and a complex suit walked through the door. She had a cigarette visibly in her mouth and seemed to be looking over the room with annoyance.

Re: "Angel's House"
With his crimson, long hair resting on his shoulders and this uncomfortable feeling on his butt thanks to the-- barely standing seats he noticed the bus stopping. As if giving thanks to the heaven he could stand up he did so and picked up a bag, this might be his luggage so he decided to pick it up and leave the bus. As soon as he stepped out and into this 'Angel House' he noticed the door quickly closing and turning into a wall. Since when doors turned into walls? But then again: since when did you survive a 20 floor fall? These Questions flooded his mind as he glanced at everyone in the room. They all looked pretty... Common, with a few exceptions of course but what it caugh his attention is the fact that it seemed like no one knew what was going on... again, with a few exceptions. The only thing to do now was to sit down and see what would happen next, and so he did.
He sitted on a chair of the few free -still standing- chairs, silent and just checking his bag.

Re: "Angel's House"
Peaceful facade in place, Araihan stopped leaning against the wall and bowwed respectfully at Maemi just as the Headmistress entered. It wasn't a coincidence, since Araihan had seen her coming with the doll hiding up in a corner in the hallway. "Welcome, Headmistress. All Inductees are here and there's been no problems," The Burattinaio spoke in a respectful manner as she returned to standing straight with her hands casually clasped in front of her. It was an act, one that Maemi was likely sick of by now, but it was more for the recruits then anything.

"Why? What compels you to do that?"
"It is what it is."
"DOn't give me that crap. Just because I know what you did doesn't mean anyone else here does-" the sword started to interject as the sheathed weapon clashed loudly against the ground in a metallic ring that silenced the crowd.
"Ladies and gentlemen," the green-haired man said as he opened his right hand and his sword vanished. "IT is time to silence thyself in order to hear the commandments of the Matron of the house," Zorlo stated flatly as he pushed another prayer bead. The click of the beads hitting one another echoed through the room. "May the spirits guide you."
~~~
IN the instant it took most people to turn away from Zorlo towards the matron, the green-haired man had appeared at the woman's left side, holding his left hand up in prayer as he smiled back at the group after a moment. "It is what it is."
Re: "Angel's House"
"Stop acting like you care Doll Girl. Keep your sword under control Sword Boy." Maemi's voice was a bit annoyed, but not too much. She looked around the room. "Welcome to angel's house. I'm called "Mother" here and unless you plan on not losing to the enemy, I'll only call you by a nick name." She moved her hands in the direction two people in the room. "Beside me is Doll Girl and Sword Boy." She held the cigarette in her left hand. "They'll be choosing people as their subordinates." She looked at them for a moment and putting the cigarette in her mouth.
'At least she isn't being indirect about things.' Yuriko's eyes closed and took a deep breath.
Kyousuke: ( he couldn't believe what he was seeing much less what he was hearing " battle"? " subordinates"?..."enemy" his mind began to think through all the possibly logical answers but he couldn't after all he finally realized or slightly began to figure out how this mysterious place worked)...I got it ....Logical answers don't exist here of course I can be logical about this yet it won't make sense after all a door that locks and changes Into a wall ,dolls that moved on their own, a green haired man who appears out of what appears out of nowhere.. ummm ( he raises his hand thus breaking the tense and awkward silence filling the room after that direct introduction) I have a question ma'am
Re: "Angel's House"
Akiko peeked down when the doll touched her. She hadn't even realize it had been there. The doll started to use her to right itself, and Akiko's eyes widened slightly in interest. She reacted in no way, allowing the doll to behave however it wanted, studying it's nature.
"Welcome to Angel House." A voice drew Akiko away from her observation of the animate doll, and to a woman she hadn't noticed entered the room. She looks rather intriguing. The woman called herself 'Mother'. She watched and listened as the woman spoke and explained that the group would be taking orders from the two called 'Doll Girl' and 'Sword Boy', both to whom Akiko turned her attention too after the eldest woman was done.
"I have a question, Ma'am." Akiko's eyes dart to Kyouske. She regards him cooly. He seemed a little unnerved.
"No questions until we've got the teams decided Esper and Bit." Her eyes were in the same gaze as before. She raised a hand up in a fist. "I've got enough dealing with everyone else in this house."
Re: "Angel's House"
She could at least use my name... It's not like I'm going to lose here... she said with a slight frown as she nodded. "Of course, Headmistress," Araihan replied as she pretended to look around. In truth, she already had her pick.
As Yuriko opened her eyes, she found herself looking at a Doll that floated in front of her. Like the other dolls present, it had waist-length, blonde hair, but that's were the similarities ended. This one had large, crimson eyes and had a black, butterfly-like dress that matched the see-through, butterfly-like wings on its back. With a smile, it floated to the girl and waved her on toward Araihan. "I choose her," Araihan said with a reassuring smile to Yuriko. "I'll pick more if I need to. You're up, Green Hair," she finished as most of the Dolls in the room other then the unique one with Yuriko animated and faded from view like ghosts.
"IT is what it is. I have chosen to allow the Mistress pick first and I shall allocate my resources to those who remain," Zorlo said with a smile at the woman as his sword reappeared in his right hand before he placed the sheathed weapon resting against the ground before placing both hands over the pommel of the weapon. "After all, it is what it is."
Yuriko looked a bit more relaxed as she saw the doll. She remembered having a doll like that once from a client. She walked towards the doll and held it gently in her arms as she approached it. She seemed a bit more complaint and not as nervous as she approached. Her hand stroked lightly at the doll's hair.
Maemi's eyes scanned the room. "Bill, you're with me." Her voice was a bit more welcoming. "Take one more Doll Girl and I'll just stick with one." She let out a small puff of smoke as she looked towards the girl to her one side."
Kyousuke: *sigh* yeah I figured as much ( he rubs his head) Esper?...is that supposed to be me? And I guess she was serious about the whole "nicknames" Thing still can't say I'm surprised she didn't really seem like she was very chatty or in the mood to answer some kids questions...ah man I can't believe this their seriously picking us one at a time jeez it's like wait...one at a time...no way
Re: "Angel's House"
William glanced about the room, as people made their entrances at this point and that, he didn't seem to react at all except to move his fingers to the next bead on his rosary and he did that with such regularity that the two were likely unrelated.
He was about to move, make a speech, about not being put on anyone's dodgeball team etc. and volunteer for "Mother's" group, even if she didn't have one, because he wasn't going to let himself be put on some second string team, if he was going anywhere he was going where they seemed to be the best when Maemi called on him. He smiled and pulled himself away from the wall to stand in front of Maemi and nodded, "Ma'am." Bill positioned himself at her side at attention.
Araihan sighed, but nodded as another Doll appeared and floated up to Akiko. This doll had the Blonde hair and Sapphire eyes like the others, but this one had a black sundress and pale, dragonfly-like wings that fluttered lightly and indicated for Akiko to come as well. "You too as well," Araihan said to Akiko as the doll waved her to come.
'Calm, introverted, composed, energetic, stoic..' Faces labeled with characteristics before knowing their names. That's how Claudia worked. With a single glance she delved into the person's mannerism, clothing, stance, unconscious indications of a person's self. She had almost gotten to the only other foreigner among the natives, an old man, when her concentration was shattered by a loud thud. What the hell? What am I ? A dog?.' Brown orbs shifted towards the green haired man with a slight flutter, a half-hearted attempt at keeping from rolling her eyes. What was this thing about teams? It was not like being dead was a matter complicated even, no, LIFE had to have the last laugh and drag Claudia into whatever the hell this was.
Something about swords, green hair, teams, just unregistered noise entering her ear canal. Right now she was busy dissecting the imposing man. Standing straight yet with an air of superiority, yet slightly hunched as he held unto the round beads with a curious humility of a pastor. A strange character indeed. This time it was a disembodied voice that broke through her study; one crass comment was all it took for the woman's lips to lift at a corner in a snarl. " Suck my..."the growl ebbing as she bit her tongue to silence the rest. It just seemed wrong to retaliate with another crude comment once she saw the knight (based on his characteristics, he fitted the profile) return to his rosary. Her snarl turning into a smirk when the sword voiced its disdain for the man. "Really?" she couldn't help but interject, her smirk widening " I like the man".
Let the introductions begin. Turning on her heel towards the rest of her squad, she bowed her head slightly at the young boy. "Nice to meet you as well" she replied as she passed him, her eyes fixated on the leader figure. Always a step behind the leader, that was the infallible tactic she couldn't wait to test its validity in the world of the dead.
"Soraka, we're dead. So what if the man is mad?" her shoulders pump nonchalantly, her head turning slightly towards him."What have we to worry about?" Amused, the light grin upon her plush lips read of wild abandon.
Re: "Angel's House"
In the chaos of the others making their choices, Zorlo had appeared behind the remainders, those that the others hadn't chosen, and clashed the sheathed sword against the ground again to get their attention. "And that leaves those of you who remain as my wards. My name is Zorlo, AKA Sword-Boy, AKA Green Hair. You can all me any of the three. Also, this is my sword, Pahn.
"Hate you, Zorlo. Hate you so much," the sword moaned as the two looked at the group. "I'd say having ONE woman this time is a victory... but she smells of self-confidence and self-esteem. We are really scraping the bottom of the barrel this time," the sword complained as it vanished.
"You'll get used to Pahn's inability to avoid being lewd." Another of Zorlo's prayer beads around his left hand pressed over the top of his glove before clicking as it hit another prayer bead. "The gods shall guide our journey towards Moksha together. First, your sins must be purified before you can be reborn to continue the cycle," the swordsman said with a smile as he looked at the inductees again.
Hate you Zorlo... Hate you so much... the sword complained in Zorlo's mind; the last vestige of privacy Zorlo once had was now overtaken by a spirited, but inanimate, object.
