 A: send hojou Soun to kill him
B: send demon Kentarou
C: sacrifice a captain

And try to take over Tenma bridge as fast as you can or Japan is gonna sink.

No, they'll do that just once, don't take too long in conquering the south, or else they'll try to sink Japan, so take over the location with the tenma bridge, you can perform an action there to delay the sinking.
