Joshua: ( he immediately recognized the voice) oh no..( he buries his head in a book) I recognize that voice anywhere ( as soon as he heard the strange Juvenille introduce himself) yeah... I knew it of course...it's Jiles...

Akima rolled her eyes. Doctor Jiles Iselsi. He wasn't exactly dangerous, simply loud, and constantly happy (even when such happiness was not appropriate). Still, Akima wasn't a cold-hearted ****, and liked a positive attitude as much as the next person; she grinned and shook her head at the exuberant man.

[Azalan]

Don saw Jiles enter the room and decided now was the time to make his entrance. Don let out a sigh and walked into the auditorium while taking out a medium sized paper bag from inside his jacket. With a chuckle he let out a roar. "Greetings all! I am Don Chopper! I'm a Mob Boss who is over the new york meat market. I accepted this mission because I'm after the good doctor since he has an unpaid meat bill! That jerk owes me two thousand dollars!" Don walked over to the table and put down the bag and started to unload it's contents. Inside the bag were three trays of ribs. After putting them on the table he took out a stack of napkins and some plates putting them on the table next to the ribs. "Everyone is welcome to these. After all, they are a new recipe I'm working on. One tray is spicy, one is sweet, and the other is a salsa sauce i'm trying out." After this Don walked over to the wall and stood next to Jiles. "Hi there. It's Been awhile. How are you these day doctor Iselsi?" Don took off the black shades he was wearing and put them in one of the many pockets in his coat. Don's bright yellow eyes flashes briefly as he looked around the room taking in the individuals who were seated there.

Akima starred at Don Chopper and his offered meats quizzically. The man couldn't be for real! But he was; of that, Akima was certain. She stood up, and slowly made her way down to the front, then one by one, sniffed the meats. She was searching for any signs of poisoning. She then looked to Chopper and said, "All this meat, for us, at no cost? What's the catch?"

[Azalan]

Don smiled. "This meat is free. I made these since i figured we are all on high tension with thie briefing and all. By all means..help yourself! There is plenty for everyone! They are all pretty awesome. My ribs have quite the reputation around here."

[Hayate04]

Hayate sat forward, looking the food over for a moment, before sitting back in his seat, noting the Guards moving forward.

Joshua: ( he looks at the food) wow this looks good ! Though it's not exactly the greatest breakfast wait a second I dont Owe you a favor now or something or wait your not gonna come collect interest are you??...before you say I have no money

[Azalan]

"Go ahead my boy. I brought them for everyone to try. Take what you want. Theres no fee for these."Don said with smile. He looked at the watch on his wrist. "The music in here is nice. Though I thinks someone is on a bit of a nostalgia kick. Old song."

Akima watched Joshua take a bite of the meat. Seeing that no undue affects were occurring, Akima decided to take a small piece for herself. It was, in a word, delightful.

"Not bad, Chopper."

[Azalan]

"Thank you miss. I'm glad you enjoy them." Don took Son out of his jacket and whirled the run around on his finger. He chuckled as light danced off the gun. "I'll get to use you soon old friend. I have a feeling things are about to get interesting..."

Joshua: yeah it's pretty good considering although it's not the best breakfast...( his stomach growls)...anyway your right about the song I remember hearing in a game somewhere...oh sorry where are my manners I'm Joshua...

[Azalan]

Don grinned. "Im Don Chopper. But my friends call me chop. It's nice to meet you Joshua. I hope this mission is exciting." Afterall it'd be nice to get away from these streets for awhile. Don thought as he started at Shadow who was reading his book on stage. The power point was loaded and was on the first page.

Joshua: ...so dr. Fielding owes you money huh? That's rather unfortunate the good doctor skipped town...*sigh* any idea when this meeting is supposed to start

"I'm pretty fantastic. Went for a nice long swim this morning and did some shooting." His mouth watered a little as he gazed upon the ribs. "I really shouldn't, I just ate with Monet, but... is this the same salsa you were trying out at that wedding you were telling me about last month Chop?" Jiles asked as he stepped forward and tasted of the meaty nectar of the gods. "Mmmhmmm, very good. But there's a place in uh Chicago, I think it was, called Adam's Ribs. Monet and I went there and as delicious as your ribs are, you're just playing second fiddle to them." Jiles licked his lips and let the wall take his full weight for a few seconds as he recalled the occasion.

It seemed almost too soon to be eating. He ate only moments before leaving for the briefing. But the smell of the ribs were overpowering. He decided to indulge his senses and feast on the ribs that Mr. Chopper had offered them all. It was some of the best food he had ever tasted.

Soran saw the food but decided against it, he preferred to keep in shape, that and he had Steak last night which made him more adamant to eating the food presented, "what kind of person carries meat on their person anyway?" he thought as he continued to wait for the meeting to start.

Now that the rest of the group in the small auditiorium had settled, Hayate began watching them... trying to figure out who he was dealing with.

His eyes flicked to the petite woman further down his row.

Her posture, while outwardly relaxed, was a mere cover for the coiled agitation that she was trying not to show. Her movements, earlier, had suggested a military upbringing. Straight back, precise movements. She was a good deal quieter in her movements than many he had encountered in that field, so a stealth base, possibly, in her training. The all black clothing, and what seemed to be an armored trench coat, sealed the deal. Soldier to the core, that one.

The next was the short man in the white lab coat, a few rows ahead. A man of learning, he had seen from the start. A medical doctor, perhaps. He had seen a slight flash of the cover of the large book when he had pulled it... yeah. Medical.

The next, the man dressed in his Sunday best, sitting almost dead center in the middle of the seats. He sat slightly forward, probably subconsciously, seeming to protect something on his lower back. The man turned his head, looking around, and Hayate caught a glint of silver from the man's eyes. Not just the Irises, from this angle. The entire eye. One of the non human species, one of the ones brought from off world a few years back... Octo, no, Octumas. Yeah, that was it. Trying to make a good impression, by the looks of it.

The next, a man in a business suit, wearing headphones by the looks of it, to drown out the music... Smart man. By the bulge under his arm, it was fairly apparent he was packing a concealed sidearm... That suggested either a higher amount of intelligence, or, from the looks that the two muscle headed guards that had been assigned to keep him from hauling ass in the opposite direction were sending the man... a Guard. Fairly high ranked, too.

Next, the two men along the wall. The big one, a man built like a brick shithouse, had introduced himself as "Don Chopper". A mob boss, albeit an unconventional one. The big man had pulled a polished weapon for a few seconds. Enough time to get a look. AMT Hardballer. Semi-automatic, .45ACP rounds. Big gun. It looked like he was carrying a second one, the crazy bastard...

The last man had introduced himself as Jiles... a Linguist. Couldn't get a consistant thought on that one, seemed... unpredictable. Unpredictable was interesting, and more than a little off-putting. At least he seemed friendly for the moment.

Akima noticed that the overhead presentation was about to begin. It looked as though everyone who had been asked to the briefing were here. She climbed up the steps back to her seat and sat, waiting for the briefing to begin.

As the presentation was about to begin, Soran put his earphones away and hummed to himself for the annoying music was still playing, his phone vibrated and he looked at it and saw that he had received a new message, "please come later for the welcoming of the new guards-Fran" was what was on the message, Soran sighed knowing that after this meeting he will still have to go inspect the new guard hires.

As the briefing began the music changed once again and served as atmosphere to the room. It was a vibrant tune which makes you want to dance.

The screens danced with text from many languages being displayed on the screen then it finally settled on common Noreales. The language readable by all within division infinity. To those outside of the group though, it was a tad bit more difficult. Shadow got up from his chair and closed his book putting it in the pocket on the hoodie. "You have all been called here because of the disappearance of Doctor Fielding. We are not certain as to where he has escaped to. We know that a week before the incident; He was seen on the rooftop where he disappeared. The doctor was there with a few surveyors to make some changes to the rooftop. We were unclear as to what they were. But now we know." Shadow said as the screen shifted to the next slide. The next slide was a grand design which exploded all over the four screen on the walls of the room.

"This is the Jupiter Arcanum Array. We have been searching all over the world for months in attempts to try and complete this array. We are as of now unsure as how Jasper completed it. But we know he had help. The last operatives to hold the pieces of this array disappeared four years ago. Each of them meeting a bitter end." Shadow said as he let out a sigh. "Someone...or something killed them, and took the pieces of the array with them. The arrays themselves are complex math equations not of this time period. They date back to antiquity and are a millenia old." Shadow stomped his foot. "This array being used alerts our enemies that our group has advanced forward quite a bit. Doctor Fielding has not just escaped, he has committed a war crime." Shadow said as he sat down in the chair and poured a cup of vodka. After taking a good swig of it he continued.

"After interviewing two hundred of the witnesses from the night Jasper disappeared, we have an individual who might be able to help us. Luckily, there was a young girl who was hiding on the roof as Jasper disappeared. She is a crystallux. this proves useful to us since the obsidian making up her bones has absorbed some of the energy of the array. She will be able to help us trace Doctor Fielding's steps he took that fateful night." The screen changed once again and it brought up a subway map.

"For the time being, you need to track her down and follow her as she goes to some of the places the Doctor was that night. Those of you who wish to go, speak up now. But before you decide to go, you need to know; the subways are quite dangerous, some of our operatives have run into....problems. For those who wish to go on the mission, report to seal arts room five. You shall receive further instruction there." Shadow said as he downed the rest of the Vodka. Shadow threw the glass on the stage as it shattered and he left the room in disgust. As he left he muttered about how much of a moron Jasper was, and that he was going to the rooftop training room to blow off some steam.
