Post by TrueNeptune »

Who here plays fallout 3 or New Vegas? They're really fun!
and as a side note, this is the first topic i've ever made!

P.S. The slaves are spreading stories about the Burned Man again.

I have the game of the year editon for 3 and I'm planning to get the ultimate edition new vegas later, and by the burned man do you mean joshua graham? I had the demo of the original fallout 3 and he was such a pain, always provoking people to shoot him.

Yes. Joshua Graham is the Burned Man. And I never played the original fallout 3. i heard it wasnt even released. And the reason i said the slaves are spreading stories about the burned man again is because if you fight for the legion in new vegas you will hear that at least once everytime you visit the fort. Kind of like how NCR people like to say "Patrolling the Mojave almost makes you wish for a nuclear winter" a lot.

Isn't Edward Sallow Caesar? if so, i'm pretty sure caesar's okay with the legionaries saying burned man. As long as they dont say Joshua or Graham. In which case, he'd have them crucified unless they were a centurion or higher, in which case he'd probably give them some other punishment. And as far as sierra miadre tips, yes. When you get inside the casino and you turn on the electricity, you should gamble at the casino until you win like 7500 chips or whatever(i forgot the exact amount, you might need to look it up), because you get a voucher that gives you like 1000 sierra madre chips(which you can use at sierra madre vending machines to buy almost anything like stimpacks and stuff), and the voucher might only be able to be used one time, but after you finish dead money you get Elijah's room and he has a sierra madre vending machine and a thing that stocks up a voucher every few days, so every few days you can cash it in for 1000 chips. You can still get vouchers if you dont win one gambling, but they are un-useable.

You can kill Ghost people. You'll have to kill a ton, actually. But yes, holograms are unkillable. But they usually have hidden shutoff switches, and if you can find them, you can turn them off.

Of all the dumb luck some of my organs were taken, although I did receive some new perks, should I keep the new organs or get the old ones back?

The brainess and heartless perks are really good, but the spineless perk isnt as good as the reinforced spine. You should keep the artificial brain and heart, but get your spine back. The reinforced spine gives you a permanant +2 Strength, which is nice.

It's because of Ulysses. He paints those during his time at Big Mountain. If you have lonesome road, you'll meet him. He's the originial courier who was supposed to take the platinum chip, but when he sees your character's name next on the list, he doesnt take the job. He's obsessed with pre-war america, and wants to create or find a faction like them today, but he thinks that the NCR, Brotherhood of Steel, and Caesar's Legion arent good enough. But, he still likes Caesar's Legion the most, because he used to be a legionary.

So I got pretty far enough to come across these weird talking brains in jars, they sound like mental patients and one talks in gibberish.
