"so Suguri why did you kidnap me earlier?" asked Seiko, "one of papa's scientists said he found an anomaly here, so I went here after he asked me to find it, it was you all along onee-sama" Suguri told her, "huh but what was up with those drone fighters?" Seiko asked, "they were sent by papa to tell me to come home, but it was a sad thing they were destroyed" replied Suguri, "well it would've been nice if we talked like this first instead of doing what you did earlier okay?" Seiko told Suguri, "okay onee-sama" replied Suguri, "that reminds me why were you sent to Particus?" Seiko asked Suguri, "it was because pap said it was time for me to go to school, and also so that I can be with onee-sama and observe her" she replied, "okay then, so I'm just curious.... Do you like Gundam?" Seiko asked her, "how did you know?" Suguri replied bewildered, "you've been carrying that Acguy plushie since the bus stop" replied Seiko.

"allow me to announce that it is I! Graham Aker!" said mister Bushido as he defeated Trowa Barton.....

"now I see why you enjoy this so much miss Yuno!" exclaimed Mira as she kept hacking and slashing RGM-79 GM mobile suits, boy how she seems to enjoy it....

(So... the names are in... and Neko's suggestion was good, but its a german word I don't like spelling that translates into Scarlet, so her name is now Scarlet. )

Scarlet watched over the town from the perch that she, Zachary, and, much to their chagrin, Bat had taken as their point of spying when they weren't in their base within the Labyrinth. "I see..." she said as she watched Seiko and Suguri drive towards the school. "That girl and the Suguri model are on their way towards the school. Perhaps we make our move and draw out Zorlo?" she asked with a smile towards Zachary.

The red-haired Erdgeist nodded as he crossed his arms. "Yes, I think it is time to act. If we foolishly wait much longer, we'll drag others in, and the battle we desire won't be so easily attained."

Bat cackled. "We should ask the boss..." he paused, snickering wildly, "wouldn't you say?"

The other two looked unamused. Scarlet sighed. "I don't like that guy... he feels... weird..." she stated as she began to skid down the hill.

Zachary crossed his arms and looked away from Bat. He didn't comment, but something clearly made Zachary uneasy at the thought of the person Bat had brought up. "Bat, draw out Zorlo, but do not engage. WE need to lure him into our trap. Also, make sure he isn't followed. We need the best conditions possible to make this succeed!"

Bat cackled again, his eyes flashing purple. "Of course, Zachary," he said as he watched Zachary slide down hill and move towards the Labyrinth.

Bat laughed as he transformed. "Stupid fools. They don't realize they're just as much pawns in this as the students of this school are. The boss's plan is brilliant, and these idiots won't even know it until it happens!" Bat stated insanely as he took flight.

Zorlo headed out of the building he was in and into the sunlight. Blocking his eyes at first, he looked around and yawned. After the yawn, Zorlo looked at his hand and then the sky again. "I do not comprehend..." he commented, wondering what was actually going on. Sleeping... yawns... what in the world was happening. These functions had just started... so... what were they?

Zorlo had stopped in his tracks at the yawn and had been thinking quietly. Still, the cackling of a person he knew to be Bat drew his attention. "You..." Zorlo said as he materialized his beam rifle. STill, Bat only flew overhead for a few seconds before he flew off towards the Labyrinth. "You won't get away," Zorlo stated as he rushed off after Bat. THis time, Bat wouldn't escape.

Morning came to the academy with little events. As Suguri got settled in, Zorlo chased Bat toward and into the Labyrinth, and Yuno continued to O.D. on Gundam, Nephilim slowly began to stir after hours of deep, near undisturbable sleep. 'Sleeps like the dead' would come to one's mind if one attempted to actually wake the pink Celestian before she was ready. Little by little, Nephilim slowly awoke and stretched, feeling refreshed and bright again she yawned once more as she sat up. "That was a good nap," she said as she looked around, just now realizing that she was no longed on the Chimera roof. She did, however, notice she was still next to Trafalgar to her mild surprise. "Oh..."

Saber awoke in his dorm and proceeded with his morning as usual. He flew high in the sky, in the highest altitude he could handle, then proceeded to his room for breakfast. After breakfast, rather than go to homeroom, Saber decided to go to the lake for training. He noted that certain things were still closed off for the students, so he assumed that class was off. It bothered him not knowing what was going on, but at the same time, he was glad that he had the chance to train. “Oh, maybe I should ask Nephilim for those therma…no, it was thaumaturge if I recall correctly.” With that Saber headed towards the girls’ dorm, forgetting that he did not know her room number, or anything at all of the girls’ dorms.

His sleep hadn't been as deep as usual given how much he had slept recently. "Oh?" He let out a long yawn, and stretched out much as she had, and opened his eyes, the dim golden sunlight reflected in them brightly. "You don't sound very excited. Do you not dream of waking up lying next to a drake?" He gave her a smirk and sat up cross legged across from Nephillim. "You know, your eyes remind me of strawberries."

The room itself was sparsely decorated. Thee were heavy curtains covering the windows, keeping the sunlight to a minimum. A must if you like to sleep late. There was a coat of arms on a wall, the swords were mismatched designs and materials. The desk was buried under class books and automotive books. Beneath that, out of the way was a toolbox and anvil. Sakuya and Vanquish rested side by side against the nightstand near Trafalgar. Also on the nightstand was a Shivan family photo, including an old man that looked exactly like Trafalgar, if you tacked on about a century, but who had long silver hair and was holding a baby Trafalgar.

Nephilim giggled at his comment. True, it wasn't something one as chaste as Nephilim dreamed about, but she never minded waking up next to friends, especially since Trafalgar had been so kind to her. It made her feel safe. Naivety? Yes, she knew it was, but that who she was at heart. At the Drake's complement, however, she flushed red. "Thank you..." she replied back, looking away and noticing the picture on the nightstand. "Oh, is this your father? The one you asked Mr. Nyxos to help out with?" Nephilim asked as she moved to the edge of the bed to pick up the picture.

"so let me get this straight commander Kais? You sent Suguri to that academy and didnt tell me" said the scientist to Kais, "you understand that you just sent our greatest weapon to some worthless academic institution!" shouted the scientist angrily, "instead of waging war against the imperium again would it not be wise to adhere to the teachings of Aun'va?" replied Kais quite calm, "I simply hope that she learns what it means to be truly human" said Kais with a sigh.

"I cant believe we had to walk all the way back" muttered James as he felt his feet hurt, "but didnt you hear what Suguri said though? She actually said THE Shas'O Kais" said James, "I thought she was an erdgeist? How in the emperors name did he have her concieved?" asked Drogan, "probably adopted, anyway she could pose a threat, her armband was definitely that of the fire caste, so that means she's in the Tau military" said James, "I see but the way she used that beam saber was flawless, I thought the Tau were cowards who prefer to fight at long range and let mercenaries do the close quarter fighting for them?" Drogan asked, "well she is an erdgeist and not a real Tau fire warrior, guess it would make some sense" James replied.

[Zorolo]

Bat cackled insanely as he dove and quickly brushed past Seiko and Suguri, nearly blowing them, and the bike, over. "Yum! Tasty little girls! Come so that I can eat you!" Bat mocked as he continued to fly lower and draw towards the Labyrinth.

Zorlo paused as he looked at Seiko and Suguri. "Hmm... Suguri? I'd ask why she is here, but I recognize it probably doesn't exist in her non-classified databases. I hope you two are unharmed. I would generally stay to help you... but I have a flying rodent to catch," Zorlo stated as he continued after Bat.

"eat Boltgun!" yelled Drogan as he shot at bat, the thing didnt even have time to flinch as it simply exploded thanks to the heavy bolter's rounds, "thanks mister Drogan" said Seiko, "see, he's not that scary" Seiko told Suguri, although she secretly admitted to herself that a man wearing a gas mask armed with a 75. caliber assault cannon wasnt anything but scary.

"so then shall we-" before Seiko could help Suguri unpack Suguri handed her a holographic projector, "uh thanks?" said Seiko as she took the projector, it blinked then it projected an image of a man clad in white armour, unlike James' or the knights powered armour his looked far more refined instead of the gothic feel that the Imperium was known for, "greetings miss Seiko, allow me to introduce myself, I am Commander Shas'O Kais, leader of the Cadre 12 forces stationed here on boshane, it came to our attention in Tau that you are not normal and exhibit traits we wish to study, as a result I sent our finest scientific field expert Suguri, forgive her actions earlier but we assumed that you were an object and not a living thing, that would probably be why she went after you, so are you interested miss Seiko?" he asked, "sorry sir but the Inquisition already offered me a deal I dont want to refuse, whats your offer?" asked Seiko, "prosperity for Tau and peace" said Kais, "lies!" said an all to familiar voice, "Seiko you do realize you're talking to a man who was responsible for the death of multiple imperial citizens during the Kronus dark crusade?!" said James in anger, "so you work for those ignorant imperial's, I can respect that decision but think it through-" before Kais could finish James shot the projector with his laspistol and turned to Suguri, "I dont know why you're here but I'm warning you, if you so much as harm Seiko I will personally kill you and have your remains burnt!", Suguri then simply replied, "okay", "Seiko I've done some research and well Kais is telling the truth about Suguri, apparently they had her made because she can fight at close quarters and to act as their eyes and ears, on the other hand the peace and prosperity part was a lie, he's killed more people than me and cannot be trusted do you understand?" he asked looking at her in the eyes, it was obvious that there was hatred in his eyes and Seiko could feel it, "she wont do anything, I swear on that" replied Seiko.

"so how were you made?" Seiko asked Suguri, "papa said I was made in order to help people, he even said I even had a sister" she replied, "really where is she?" Seiko asked, "I dont know" replied Suguri, "do you remember what she looked like?" asked Seiko, "she was...." she then whispered it into Seiko's ear, "oh, I see, ah James when will you be done with this?" Seiko asked James as he had her strapped to a chair of sorts, "relax I'm just using your abilities to locate some demon's" said the Inquisitor, "so James what are these Tau guys? I only heard that they're some sort of empire" asked Seiko, "they are an empire in the eastern hemisphere, they tend to always do whatever they want either through force or persuasion" he replied.

"Suguri, how many siblings do you have?" asked James in a serious tone, "what do you mean?" Suguri asked back, "I mean you're a perfect model, what happened to your sisters?" he asked, "papa said they are all with Hime, but..." she then began to cry, "that was unexpected" James told himself in his head.

"bring it on you pathetic excuse for a mammal!" Drogan yelled getting ready to open fire if it wasnt for a truck ramming into Bat, "what the frak?" said Drogan as a man stepped out of the truck, "stanley felps, animal control, someone called about a bat problem?" said the animal control person, "uh..." Drogan looked at zorlo but it obviously wasnt him, he then looked behind Zorlo and saw Yuno holding a cellphone, "yes sir we have a rather bad problem with fruit bats, this one though is the biggest" said Yuno, "alright maam that will be 250" said the animal control guy, "Drogan you pay for it" she told him, Drogan took out his wallet and handed over 250 to the man, Bat was bound up and would probably be set "free" in some tropical rainforest far from here...

Bat muttered and yelled angrily at Drogan and Yuno, along with a number of harsh words for Zorlo for a few moments. He'd cursed being shot out of the sky and nearly splattered, and now he was being dragged off like some kind of wild animal. Bat smiled, however, as he turned back into a human and knocked out the animal control guy. "Come and get me, suckers~!" he taunted, running a few feet before simply falling over. The animal control guy looked at the Erdgeist and raised his hand, waving them over.

Zorlo looked at Yuno and smiled. "Much appreciated, miss Yuno. The rodent king has been bothering me for the last few days. I'm not even sure how he got here... but it doesn't instill me with a great deal of confidence..." ZOrlo reflected on his rather unkind manners towards Drogan and sighed. "Drogan, please forgive me for my rather rude comments. You were merely acting in the best interest of your society and what-not. Still..." Zorlo said as he paused and watched as Bat's human form was bound and tossed into the truck, "I don't like the feeling I'm getting. I'm heading into the Labyrinth... something tells me that Zachary's waiting there for me... Reprimand me or whatever you see fit later... for now... I must got," Zorlo said as he bolted off.

Vossler now stood on the hill. Bat being shot out of the sky and hit by a truck had been hillarious, but the scientist knew that Bat wouldn't be killed. After all, he had already stood up, it was just a matter of actually escaping for him now. "I'll help you if you truly can't escape, Bat, but for now, this is your punishment for being so foolish. Why can't you ever be reasonable, instead of a sociopath?" the man asked as he adjusted his glasses. A spell circle appeared beneath him as he vanished from sight, but a hint of dark magic lingered.

((Right, should have described the other two people in there, sorry, was tired.)) Trafalgar's dad shared Trafalgar's hair, cut even shorter. And the nose was clearly a Law family trait.

He scooched next to Nephillim, getting engulfed by her wing, and a small almost sad smile formed. "The young one is, yeah. The woman standing next to him is my mum. I'm the baby. And the one holding me is my grandfather, Trafalgar Law. They named me after him." Trafalgar turned slightly to face Neph, "I know Zorlo's always hanging around you but do you have any blood relatives?"

Nephilim at him and nodded. It was fortunate that though she wasn't used to it, she didn't mind being that close. "Yeah. Though my father died a long time ago. I still have my mother and older sister. My brother..." She paused for a moment, a bit of sadness coloring her. "...He's been missing for a few months now. I've been looking for him for a while, but I haven't managed to find anything yet. I think he might be in the Labyrinth, but now they've closed it off and I can't go look anymore..." she said sadly before shaking her head. "But I think they'll re open it soon enough, so it should be okay!"

Trafalgar nodded slowly, "A missing brother, I'm not sure how I'd be able to cope with that." He put his arm around Nephillim and rubbed hers reassuringly. "I'm sure you will be able to find him. Tell you what," He took the photo gently from her hands, "I will help you however I can, but for now I think I should take a shower," Trafalgar put it back on the nightstand and got off the bed, "walk you back to your room because it really isn't fair for you to see my room and I not get to see yours and also so that you can take a shower yourself and/or change clothes if you want, and after that we will go get breakfast. Because I don't know about you, but I can't remember the last time I ate, and I feel a powerful craving for strawberries." Trafalgar picked out a fresh change of pants from his closet and ducked into the bathroom. He stuck his head out a second later holding up two fingers. "Two minutes." True to his word two minutes later he walked out clean and dressed and rubbing his head dry with a towel. "Ok, you ready?" He asked before tossing the towel back into the bathroom.

Nephilim giggled. "Yep, I'm ready Trafalgar. And thanks again. It seems as though I've been leaning on you a lot lately, so thanks for being there for me," Nephilim replied as she got up to lead him the there. It wasn't too far from the boys dorm, fortunately. They were just getting to the door of the Girl's dorm when a voice called out to them.

"Excuse me!" It was the voice of a girl and as the two looked toward it, a teen girl with brown hair and red&white Shrine maiden clothing landed from flying in, a small package under each arm. "Can you tell me where to find..." she trailed off as her and Nephilim met gazes. "Nephilim!"

"Reimu!" the Celestian yelled as she flew at her old friend and nearly tackled her in a hug. "It's so good to see you again. It's been so long. How are you? What are you doing here?" Nephilim asked, barraging her with questions.

Reimu laughed but shook her head. "Same as always, I see. But lets continue this in your room, shall we? I don't have too long."

"Oh. Okay, that's fine," Nephilim replied as she glided back over to Trafalgar. "And I haven't forgotten you either. You come too, Trafalgar!" she said cheerfully.

"No worries." He said with a shrug and strapped on his sword on their way out.

Trafalgar smiled at Nephilim's reaction to her friend's appearance, Looks like this Reimu girl's an old friend of hers. While they made their way to Neph's room he introduced himself, "I'm Trafalgar Shivan, Reimu was it?"

"say James, how do you know kais to begin with" asked Seiko, "it was during the kronus dark crusade, I was still part of the deathwatch" replied James, "deathwatch?" asked Seiko, "before I was a member of the ordo malleus I was a soldier of the ordo xenos deathwatch, basically we were experts at killing non humans and other species, I was particularly adapt at killing drakes and dragons" he boasted, "I thought dragons had hard skin? How did you do it?" Seiko asked, "there is a special type of bolter round called a hellfire round, its an armour piercing bullet containing a corrosive substance that burns the target from the inside, ah you were asking about kais! I fought him during the kronus dark crusade when Tau forces attempted to annex the country of kronus, naturally the Imperium sent its forces to liberate the place, however the Tau are terrible at fighting at close range combat so they hired drake mercenaries to do that for them, that was where I came in" finished James as he let Seiko off the chair, "well get some rest then Seiko, and watch that erdgeist" said James pointing at Suguri.

Zorlo rushed off into the Labyrinth, knowing that it was likely he was walking into a trap. Still, Yuno and Drogan had heard them. If they decided it was any of their business, they would send in the "team" Zorlo was a member of to help. Still, as the green haired man walked past the entrance, he looked around quietly. "Where to begin?" he asked as a blip appeared on his wrist communicator. "Hmm... what's this? An anomaly?" Zorlo asked as he started moving towards it.

Zachary crossed his arms and looked at the device. "You're sure this is going to work?" he asked, his voice more on edge than normal.

"What's eating at you?" Scarlet asked as she tweaked the device within the small base the Erdgeist had built.

"I just feel... edgy..." Zach said as he looked at the device.

"It's all right. This device is a strategy Zorlo invented for our tribe once. It's a communication device releasing an SOS. Zorlo said that, looking for allies, fools would be drawn into the trap by it. Whether Zorlo recalls it or not, he will be drawn in to this strategy," Scarlet said with a devious smirk. "I'm so close..." she whispered.

Zachary laughed. Her ambition was impressive, but something in her personality told Zachary her ambitions would be tough to manage.
