Over 80 innocent people died yesterday in a Norway massacre seemingly perpetuated by a single guy with enough weapons and enough desire to make a new killstreak record.
And it didn't even get a fifth of the attention of the media this one single death is getting.
That's all i have to say about that.

And who is Amy Rumhouse anyways? D:

The Chinese just debuted their new (pirated) bullet train. "Initial reports indicate at least 11 fatalities and 89 injured." Not kidding, but the fact that more Chinese are surprised it didn't simply explode than being horrified at the death toll does indicate something of Chinese workmanship...

They told her to go to rehab and she said no no no.
She's just a stupid singer who heavily did drugs and wasn't really a good singer to begin with. It's also no surprise that she ended up dying so young.
I didn't even know who she was until my friend said she was the one who sang the rehab song.
Oh, there's no doubt that the apocalypse is upon us.

Damn...D:
But well, the lyrics do talk about how she didn't want to go and how she thought she was all fine and it was normal and blah, so yeah, she totally had this coming >3> lol

And meh, she wasn't that pretty >3> And she maybe wasn't Rebecca Black but she's no Celine Dion either. And i don't recall her being that popular while alive, people still gossipped more about Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan than about her. And several good artists die almost everyday too, so i don't really get what's with the hype -3-

Talk about irony, people bash her last concert and now they're doing the opposite.

Talking about quotes and all, the last 2 posts totally made me remember this:
Johnny be good wrote:Seems to me that the knowledge of your son's impending death is causing you to act. Forgive all his sins, to wipe the slate clean. Why is that we're only willing to do that, when a life is at stake?
But sadly, it doesn't really apply at all. People are just suckers. Half the ones who were bashing her are the people who are still sobbing about her...and surely in none of the instances they knew who she really was, and just acted like little sheeps -3- But that hasn't been rare nor uncommon for a long time already.

I never really cared, her music wasn't my thing. I just find it Ironic that she made a song about not going to rehab when it prolly could've kept her from dying like this.

She made that song because someone really did tell her to go to rehab.

Yeah, her last tour was cancelled because she was slurring the lyrics and swaying around onstage.

This pisses me off so much.

I didn't know about this until like yesterday.

I was pretty pissed too, especially since I don't really know Amy Winehouse, but I mean 90+, and this guy was sick! He thinks he was right. >.>

Also I forgot where, but I heard it may have been more than one person shooting.

I knew Amy Winehouse vaguely. Unfortunately, like all celebrities, not all of the world is going to care about it. Still, it is one death among the many tragic things that happen around the world. Drug addiction seems to be popular among those with money.

I haven't heard anything about more than one person shooting, but that might be the case, since I've been on vacation and haven't been able to follow the news much. But I did hear that he thought he was right, and had a psychotic manifest typed up about his 'cause'. And he followed the Templars, too. Crazy stuff.

Don't want to get off-topic, though, since this topic is about Amy Winehouse.

Drug addiction and dying at 27. Hendrix, Joplin, Cobain, to name a few. Not that I'm putting them and Amy Winehouse in the same league; I think those three are much better artists.

Does anyone know if they found out how she died? Last I heard was that the autopsy was inconclusive.
