(Its a fair mistake. Kaori, Zach's talkin' to Nephilim, right now and Z's elsewhere, being himself. If y'all want, I'll draw him up a quick character sheet, although I'm not sure how much I'm gonna be usin' him, s'why I didn't draw it up already. Sorry. ^_^;; )

"uh wanna go out?" asked seiko to nephilim then turned her gaze at the stranger.

"Oh, Hey, Seiko," Nephilim replied back with a smile as she thought on what Zachary had just told her. Normally, she'd have taken Seiko's offer, but this was something that was going to be a problem and... well... She didn't like burdening people with her problems if she didn't need to. "Sorry, I can't right now. I need to do somethings first before I'm free, okay?" she replied to the girl before looking toward Zachary. As much as it she didn't like helping a future enemy, she wanted to help Zorlo more. "Fine, I'll help you, Zachary."

[Zorolo]

"All right. If you want," he told the Celestian as he looked at her, "You can spend time with your friend. Personally, I think haste makes waste," Zachary said as he started walking. "I'll be on that hill up there. Come find me whenever you're ready to talk," Zachary said as his body turned into data suddenly and he vanished. He materialized on the hill he had pointed at less than a second later. "This teleportation device is amazing. IT was well worth becoming a tracker."

Nephilim looked at him as he vanished away, not really all that surprised, but slightly intrigued by it. Huh.... That was interesting. I've never seen teleportation quite like that before... she thought to herself as she turned back to give Seiko an apologetic smile. "Sorry about that. It seems I've inadvertently lied to you, Seiko. Yes, I've love to go somewhere. Do you have anywhere in mind yet?" Nephilim said to Seiko with her normal smile.

[Kaori]

"Well I was thinking the nearby village, I'll treat you" she said as she smiled, "yoo-hoo!" came an all too familiar voice, "hey sis" muttered seiko, "going to the village are we? If you dont mind could you pick up a new transfer student at the bus stop?" asked yuno, "sorry sis but I-" but before seiko could finish she noticed that yuno was giving her a rather sour look and said, "oh well I guess you'll just have to pass my class some other way", seiko knew that there is no point in trying to argue and turned to nephilim, "Uh maybe some other time I'm being blackmailed" whispered seiko,((Neko I'll give you space to work on your side story while I work on getting someone introduced)) "so who is this new student?" asked seiko, "oh you'll like this one, he's a felpier!" exclaimed yuno, "his name is kaito and he'll be on the bus stop at around noon, take care!" said yuno as she left those two standing there, "I sometimes tend to wonder how did she become a teacher." muttered seiko.

((You didn't have to do that, Kaori, but thanks nonetheless. The thought of another character makes me jealousy... I kinda want one, but I hate just throwing one in mid story on a whim.))

Nephilim smiles and chuckled nervously. "I... uh... Don't envy you here. And I think I understand what you meant earlier too," Nephilim replied as she pat Seiko on the shoulder. "I've heard of transformative potions that can give one other race's characteristics. Maybe you'll have your wings someday!" Nephilim said cheerfully as her larger wings lifted her into the air and quickly took her in the direction of the hilltop that Zachary waited for her on.

[Zorolo]

Zorlo walked out from where he had been standing and watched as Nephilim flew off and a person walked towards him. Seiko, the girl that had joined him and Nephilim the other day, was walking another way. Before Zorlo knew it, he had bumped into a person that looked oddly like Seiko. The green haired man said nothing and simply stared at the teacher for a moment before side-stepping and moving on. Whether it was lack of manners or a lack of understanding at this moment, Zorlo moved past Yuno without speaking a word. He was more concerned with something else. Nephilim... where are you flying off to? he thought as his eyes became a bit brighter again before becoming a dull gray.

Zachary looked at Nephilim as she landed near him and uncrossed his arms and stood up from the tree he had been resting against. "Hey. I guess your plans with that girl fell through or whatever. Too bad. You could have brought her along. She's at the same institution you and Zorlo are, so it wouldn't hurt if she wanted to help us." Zachary stepped forwards and pulled a spike from his belt and drove it into the ground, erecting a powerful shield of magical energy. "As powerful as this shield is, Zorlo will be able to deactivate it once he stumbles into it... after all, he designed it. Anyway, first, I want to know: How did you happen to meet Zorlo... and why interact with someone like him...?" Zachary asked. "After all, he was in a wasteland wandering alone... what could compel an outworlder to deal with people from another world that could be hostile?"

bio ( reason for enrolling): Kaito loves adventurering and traveling he loves seeing new places discover lost ruins and meeting new people he loves to see the world and Kaito had been traveling for as long as he can rerember with his adopted grandfather Firion hiraga, Firion Found Kaito abadoned at a young age in the slum streets of some nameless city and so Firion Took Kaito in and raised him as a Grandson hell really more like a son as soon as Kaito got old enough to walk perfectly fine by the age of 5 Firion began teaching Kaito in the way of the Sword He taught Kaito the Hiraga sword style so that if anything were to happen to him Kaito would be able to defend himself then one day during their travels they received a letter of enrollment from the Particus Academy now Firion was once a graduate of Particus in the past Kaito's grandfather earned a name for himself there the letter of enrollment was of course adressed to Kaito..after reading over the letter Kaito Decided that he wanted to Enroll so that he can follow in firions foot steps and become a great adventurer as well as work on his swordsmanship skills and hopes to one day live up to firions legacy and maybe even surpass him he hopes to meet new people and new friends while at the academy

Nephilim shook her head as she pulled her wings in closer to her and walked toward him, stopping four feet from him. "No, she became indisposed, so it can't be helped," she replied as she looked around. So... Zorlo made this...?. "And to answer you, I'm friends with a lot of 'Outworlder' people, so it's not all that odd for me, okay? As for how we met..."

================================================================================================6 weeks earlier================================================================================

"W-what was that...? It almost felt like I moved through one of Her 'gaps'..." Nephilim murmured her herself as she slowly floated down toward the desolate landscape far below her, her large wings outstretched to act as small parachutes with an occasional flap to help slow her descent. Her dizzied mind slowly but surely cleared as she looked around and below her and gasped. The landscape was a single, massive crater with huge scrap piles and buildings everywhere. "But, where am I...?" With a single strong flap, the Pink Celestian once more continued flying as she looked around and went over the situation in her mind. Movement below her drew her attention to a skirmish near its end. A lone figure was fighting off a pair of creatures she'd never seen before and seemed to be doing well enough against the two beast, but didn't seem to be making progress.

On the ground, Zorlo dodged and lunged, slashed and stabbed as he fought the creatures his Sword-Rapier. The damned things were relentless in their single-minded will to kill and devour him, but they'd bitten off more then they could chew and were stuck in an intense fight. Never losing ground, but being unable to gain anything either. He know a fight like this couldn't go on forever, but before could get a chance to think of something, a large shadow passed overhead. But then, he didn't get a chance to figure out what that was.

"Light Blast 'Shoot the Moon'!" came a feminine voice from above. The Erdgeist leaped back on instinct as an almost dodgeball-sized ovoid shape made of light hit the ground between the two lunging beasts and perforated them with a skyward spray of light beams the thickness of someone's fists. Nephilim's shadow passed over him again, causing him to look up see the girl meet his gaze and stiffen. "N-no way... It.. It can't be...!" Nephilim whispered to herself as she dive down toward the ground "That couldn't him... my brother...?" But her surprise took a different route as she narrowly dodged the large, thrown knife that would have buried itself in her forehead as she landed a bit of a distance from Zorlo, able to now see that, though similar with a similar weapon, this wasn't her brother....

"...and... well, It kinda went to a fight from there, Zachary," Nephilim finished, slightly embarrassed at both the mistake and letting it get out of hand like that.

[Zorolo]

"I see..." he responded as he looked at her again. "When I saw you, it made sense why he left so suddenly and why he was willing to become a renegade. The part of him that's emotional that he's holding back saw you and... well... you look like his tribe chief when she was younger. After countless battles and Zorlo's strategies leading to victory, she chose him as her mate. I suppose the fact you looked like his mate and were stronger than he was forced the emotionless Zorlo to follow you, and the emotional Zorlo is probably confused by the fact you aren't her. I mean, sure, she didn't have wings, but she was the only person among his comrades that he actually trusted..." Zachary said as he frowned. It was a sad story,a nd he hoped Nephilim wouldn't ask about what had happened...

...what...? Her face flushed a little from the thought before she suddenly flinched and shook her head, clearing the horrid thought that had come up behind the realization she had from Zachary just them. For the most part, while Zorlo may see her as his former 'mate', to her he was a strong, close resemblance to her missing brother that most had long considered dead. To imagine Zorlo and his mate easily and horridly blurred into her and her brother...... I...might need to repress this information later... she thought to herself as she cleared all things intimate from her mind like she was trained to do at first for her magics. The saying, 'Ignorance is Bliss' came to mind right about now... "I-I see... But, what-" she trailed off, remembering what Zachary said earlier... ...For Zorlo, who killed his entire tribe, this a problem. Still, rules are rules... She fell silent for a moment before speaking. "Did he...kill her...?" she asked quietly, looking away.

[Zorolo]

Zachary laughed after the delay. "I see. I hope your mind isn't too destroyed," Zachary joked as he laughed again. "Well, don't worry about it. You two both bear a striking resemblance to one-another, just that person is highly different, which makes it somewhat bad for you," the red haired man said with a cackle. AFter that thought, though, Zachary became quiet. "Yes..." the tracker said as he looked at her seriously. "Even more complexly, he killed her before her fertilized child could be implanted into a Cultivator."

Zachary paused again. "This might be a bit hard to understand, since Erdgeist are humanoid creatures with demigod spirits, but at least in the Junkyard, we are capable of sexual reproduction. In our case, however, as soon as the egg is fertilized, it is removed from the woman and placed within a cultivator. Over the next few weeks, while the egg turns into a Spirit Crystal, a body forms around it with the crystal, its 'soul' if you will, at the center. Complexly, when we die, our Spirit Crystals can also be removed to be placed into a new body, but that is generally done with a fully cultivated Erdgeist that hasn't developed any powers." Zachary shrugged. "I figured that might help put things in perspective for you."

Kaito: { watching the passing scenary on the bus as the bus finally makes its stop at the bus stop as kaito gets off the bus with his bag}....*Yawn* { he streches himself our like a cat as his hears perk up} ahh that took forever a 3 day trip....*Sigh* { he reads the letter} so I just wait { he sits himself on the bench}..* Grandpa....I'm finally hear Particus Academy*

Firion: Kaito your 19 now

Kaito: yeah?

FIrion: I believe your ready t we may not be linked by blood but Kaito you are truely a son to me....you are ready to make your journey to particus academy. I will not stop you we all have to carve our own path in life...just promise me something Kaito...you now bear the Hiraga name.. please be safe

Kaito: I promise grandpa don't worry about me I'm not a little kid anymore { he smiles at him}

Firion: Now show me what you've Learned { he picks up a bamboo sword}

Trafalgar looked up from his breakfast when he heard the arrival of the bus. "Is that? Couldn't be." Kaito's sword then caught his eye. "It is!" He left his barely touched food on the take and rushed outside.

"KAITO!" The shout was the only warning he got, and it was just enough so that he could turn around. Trafalgar picked Kaito up and gave him a dragon hug, popping his back in the process. He let go of him with one arm but still held him, albeit looser, suspended in the air with the other. "It's great to see you, how long has it been?"

((Hope you don't mind Kai. You said he traveled a lot and loved meeting people so I figured they might could have some history.))

"I-I'll be alright..." Nephilim replied with a sigh, but smiled after to show she really was fine. Still, this was all rather disturbing news to hear and it brought other questions to the front, like if that was the real reason he'd attacked her back then. But why guard her every night...? There was more to this than meets the eye. "So he came to love her, but killed her and the child before wiping out the rest of his tribe single-handedly...? But why...? There would have to be a reason for this. Something would have needed to cause this to happen. "Do you know-" She stopped. "No, It's more like, 'will' you tell me, rather than 'can' you tell me, isn't it, Zachary?" she replied with a smile.

[Zorolo]

Zachary quirked his eyebrow at the woman. She had used a word he had never heard before. "Love... what is... love? A mate is nothing more than the person that a chief chooses to spawn their successor should they die. The chief picks the strongest member of the other gender. THat is all. Others can do it, but it cannot be with the mate of the chief..." Zachary said as he looked at her.

Zachary smiled as he seemed to think for a moment. "Zorlo's tribe, unfortunately, had suffered a great deal of loss before he was ushered into the world. When he joined the battle, his tactical genius allowed the scattered and tattered remnants of his tribe to defeat tribes many times the size of his and repel them time and again from combat. A large tribe who held most of the land became unamused with these tactical antics, as they were unusual to the fights that were normally engaged to in head-to-head combat. Zorlo realized that strategy was a losing one with a poorly equipped and heavily damaged tribe."

Zachary sighed. "About two months before he left, Zorlo's clan was attacked by neurological toxin that caused them to fly into a blind, uncontrollable rage. It was taken from the opposing clan after the slaughter. What it did was it caused their SPirit Crystals to go berserk, causing weaker ones to forcibly transform and stronger ones to lose their mind. In that state, Zorlo killed the rest of his tribe before he was forced to face his chief. When the two faced down, he moved to strike... but... she held back the effects of the toxin until he had struck her down. I believe that when the poisons effect wore off... what Zorlo beheld was so horrible, he locked his feelings inside and sealed access to his SPirit Crystal. Not only does that mean he sealed a good amount of his magical powers, but he sealed his emotions. To undo this... he needs to find a reason to live again... which is where you come in handy. SOrta."

"..?" Nephilim looked at him in some slight confusion when he questioned Love. She couldn't believe it at first, but after watching him, she couldn't believe otherwise. He wasn't lying, it seemed. But with as bad a story Zachary told her, however, it would have been more cruel to know love. In truth though... It nearly sounded like Zorlo may have known it. Maybe they had the feeling, but not the word, but in the end, would it mean anything to expose it if it was there anyway? "I see... But exactly what do you want me to do. You said it yourself that Love isn't a factor, so how do I help out in this?"

"huh??" he saw kaito just getting to the school, he then started walking to him "Hmmm is it him the same one??" he started thinking on some trip he had when he was younger i think.... he's the same one.... yeah, i'll never forget that face...
