“I guess it’s alright…” Saber said accepting Nephilim’s handshake. He eyed the return ticket as she pulled it out. “Oh! That’s what a return ticket is!” Saber finally realized seconds before they returned to the starting point. “Wait…isn’t this where we started? Why do we have to go back to the start? This place makes more sense the more I stay here…” "Next time, let's all go together. It might be even more fun that way!" Saber seemed a little hesitant “While a group of five makes it seem safer, there’s also a lot more ways we can go down. Personally, I think Trafalgar and I did well on our own, and I assume you guys were the same? You don’t seem banged up.” Saber said, staring down the Erdgeist. “Hey, I remember you. You’re the kid with the gadget-gizmo thing right?”
((Okay, if I quote someone I’ll be using colors that I think of when I think of this character, for example, I think of Nephilim’s pinkness, and Zorlo’s teal hair. Trafalgar is bronze, and Seiko has brown hair. ))

(I'd prefer to think green, but teal works if that's the teal color of this site, then it works too. ^_^ I like green and green related things.
)
Zorlo stopped and looked at the man, his green eyes flashing slightly as he turned away. "Yes, you were that lost student. The one who asked me about this place and other inane things pertaining to school." Zorlo continued to walk along quietly as he crossed his arms. He wanted some time to work on and modify his current devices. After all, those things needed some good work. Well, they probably did. At least two of them were proto-types. Only his sword wasn't.

((Pink is fine. Really, it's the only color to describe Nephilim for the most part.))
"Oh... I guess you have a point," Nephilim replied before looking back at Zorlo walking off, a bit surprised to hear that Saber and Zorlo had met earlier, but not nearly as shocked by his cold reply. Without Zorlo there, Nephilim sighed, a slightly sad smile on her lips as the teachers took a quick check to make sure everyone was back before releasing everyone to go about their business. Nephilim opened her wings before thinking better of it and turning back to the others. "Say.... I'm kinda new to this area, so do any of you happen to know of a good forest clearing anywhere? Preferably with a large rock in the middle, but empty is fine too," she asked suddenly.

"A forested area with a clearing. I'm afraid I don't, but I seem to recall Saber mentioning one earlier." He slapped Saber on the shoulder heartily. "I'm sure he'd be more than happy to show it to you." He took Nephilim's hand in his and shook it vigorously. "Don't worry, I'm sure we'll get a chance to team together. I doubt Saber and I will be able to run off without a third again, especially since it will actually be dangerous in the future. So, you two get a good rapport going and I will see you in Master Yuno's home room tomorrow."
Trafalgar hurried off, once he sure was out of sight of the others he leaned up against a wall and groaned. He put a hand to his shoulder, he knew that scorpion tailed thing had to of scratched him at least once and it hadn't hurt nor left a mark, but taking Saber's spell at point blank in the back. Well, he was giving strong consideration to actually wearing the school uniform tomorrow because he was sure there would be a bruise or two by tomorrow morning. He took a deep breath and forced himself to ignore the pain and continue towards his detention. He wasn't familiar with the term, but he knew it was supposed to be punishment of some sort.

Saber’s ears perked up at clearing, but he wasn’t sure if he wanted Nephilim to know where it was. "A forested area with a clearing. I'm afraid I don't, but I seem to recall Saber mentioning one earlier." Saber sighed thinking to himself, ‘Well I guess now I have to show her…’ "Don't worry; I'm sure we'll get a chance to team together. I doubt Saber and I will be able to run off without a third again, especially since it will actually be dangerous in the future. So, you two get a good rapport going and I will see you in Master Yuno's home room tomorrow." “You never know!” Saber said laughing as he waved Nephilim over. “Come on, it’s actually not that far from here.” Saber was using his wings to fly, since flying came easier than walking to him. “Listen I’m sorry and stuff, and well…here we are.” They approached a door at the end of a hallway and Saber opened it, waving his arm, implying she should exit before him. Outside there was about 30 square feet of grass before the thick forest settled in. “I came here to practice my wind spells earlier.” Saber shrugged and looked at his schedule. “I think I’m supposed to be at magic theory now.” Saber said reassuring himself by checking his watch.

Re: Class of heroes
Nephilim gasped slightly as she walked out silently to look around. Not only was it perfect in size, it didn't that much extra height to be able to see the mountain and what may have been a lake, bringing fond memories to the front of her mind as she hovered the two or three feet in the air to see the mountain and lake. Okuu, Orin, Miss Satori... I wonder how everyone's doing back there...? It's been so long since I got the time to enter Gensokyo or see friends and family.. she thought to herself as she snapped out of her day-dream, blushing slightly as she realized she'd left Saber waiting on her. Landing, she turned and looked to him with smile or delight. "Thank you, it's almost perfect! I hope you don't mind sharing it with me, do you?" she asked.

Re: Class of heroes
Saber chuckled as Nephilim spaced out, almost forgetting about his next class. ‘She likes it too, I guess it reminds her of home or something… I bet her parents didn’t force her here.’ Saber pouted for a moment, thinking of his strict father. “It’s not like-” Nephilim cut him off mid-sentence however, bouncing back into reality. Saber quickly changed his face to a smile again. "Thank you, it's almost perfect! I hope you don't mind sharing it with me, do you?" “Almost perfect? Well maybe I’ll find a better place tomorrow, but in the meanwhile, this is a part of the school, it’s not mine, so have fun here.” Saber smiled and checked his watch. “Oh! I have to go now!” Saber said pointing at the door. “And, by the way, my name’s Saber! I’ll talk to you later!” Saber waved Nephilim off and opened the door, going back inside the building. “Magic theory, magic theory…room… Aw man that’s halfway across the school!” Saber flapped his wings and flew as fast as he could through the halls, map in hand. “Don’t want to be late, don’t want to be late…”

Re: Class of heroes
Zorlo sat quietly on the outskirts of a courtyard he had stumbled upon in his travels. A large group of people were scattered about, but Zorlo had hidden himself as effectively away as he could. As much as he hated to admit it, to avoid detection, hiding in plain sight would be necessary. After all, whatever 'school' was, it seemed like more hassle than it was worth. Why had Nephilim brought him here? Ever since they had met and he had been bested, he had hated the fact she had let him live. As time had gone on, he had learned of her kind heart, but even more complicated was something else. Something that Zorlo couldn't comprehend. The notion of family.
Nephilim had discussed family with Zorlo, but he could never quite grasp what family was. In his world, Erdgeist were constructs. Even though they possessed demigod souls, family and friends were not something he could comprehend. Still, ever the stick in the mud, Zorlo had found something odd about his actions. A quandary that had existed since he had left the Junkyard: He had left the Junkyard. Even though he had sworn an Unbreakable Oath of Loyalty to Nephilim as his new leader, he knew that leaving the Junkyard would mean trouble. Eventually, Trackers would come in order to bring him back or kill him. He feared these people very little, but part of him didn't want to explain to Nephilim about them.
While Zorlo lost himself in thought, a hand grabbed his shoulder and the man turned from the modifications he was making to a glove he had been working on to look at a young looking person staring him down. "Ah, Zorlo from Homeroom 1410, huh? I've been looking for you. Thought you could skip class all day and no one would notice?" the man with buck teeth asked as his upper lip flapped in the wind. "Not on my watch!" the man said as he pulled at Zorlo's shoulder, only to get his hand swatted away.
"I have no interest in these 'class' things, nor in this institution. I am here only to fulfill my duty to protect my Mistress."
A massive vein on the man's forehead bulged as he looked at Zorlo. "How dare you attack a teacher?"
Zorlo looked at the man and then returned to his work. "I didn't attack you. Please leave, before I attack you."
The teacher quickly reached out again, but Zorlo moved just as fast, putting the glove on and holding it out in front of the man's face. "Power Glove: Gold, activate!" he said as the glove began to shine brightly inches from the man's face. "If you wish to live, you should concede this futile battle."
The teacher snarled and stormed off as Zorlo removed the glove and started modifying it again. The power output was too low, but cowards were easily shaken.
Off on a hall, not far from the school, a figure looked down. The man removed a small device and pulled a screen from it. The red haired man smiled as the screen zoomed in. "Ah... I see... So this is where you vanished off to, Zorlo. But school? Really? What an odd place to find you..." the man said as he pushed the screen back into the device and placed it on his belt. Reaching his right hand back and curling his finger around a loop on his knife, he quickly drew the knife and started spinning it around his finger. "Well... that's one... now where's the other Renegade?" the man asked, looking around.

Seiko proceeded to the dorms but it wasnt the student dorms but the staff dorms, her sister yuno said it would be a good idea if she bunked with her "I'm back" said seiko in a sullen tone "poof" someone threw a pillow at her face and she fell over, she raised her head a bit and saw that yuno was still changing "seiko please knock before you enter" said yuno as she was still putting on some clothes, "sorry sis I'm just so tired" replied seiko as she slumped on her bed, she was still tired and thought that she would just sleep with her uniform on, "oh no you dont" said yuno as she got closer to seiko, she then proceeded to disrobe her "sis knock it off!" replied seiko angrily "you might get pneumonia if you dont change!" snapped yuno, "Well I'm to dead tired to change" seiko protested, "then let me do it for you!" said yuno quite gleefully.
"That was the worst night I ever had with sis" muttered seiko as she woke up, today was a weekend so there were no classes so that meant that she was free to visit the nearby village, "maybe I should ask nephilim f she wants to come along".

Trafalgar got up with a groan. His back was killing him, but arty least he was done with that detention thing. It was just endless minutes of sitting, the teacher in charge eventually took pity on him and let him go work on the grounds for the rest of it.
He lit a candle with a short huff and looked at his back in the mirror. A bruise had indeed appeared, with a sigh he pulled on his uniform's shirt before he remembered that they had no classes today, what a strange way to do things. He went though his clothes, pretty much the only shirts he had were for school or were somewhat dressy, so he pulled on some nice clothes slicked his hair back and went to hunt down some food in the nearby village, he might even go look for work for days like this. They seemed a pretty regular thing and he was a journeyman now.

Re: Class of heroes
Slowly at first, then more quickly, Nephilim awoke and sat up. She'd asked for a room by herself when she and Zorlo had arrived and had been fortunate to have gotten one. And as Nephilim swung her legs over the edge of the bed, she only had to turn her head to the left to see the reason. No matter where or when Nephilim went to sleep, she always awoke to find Zorlo nearby and today was no different. Zorlo sat with his back to her bed, facing halfway between the door and window, heedless of the fact that this was the Girl's Dorm and he should never have found a way in there to begin with. Smiling slightly, she quietly got up to dress before Zorlo could turn around and once she was decent, she turned and giggled. "Sleep well, Zorlo?"

Zorlo looked up from what he had been working on. HIs sword had gone from being gray that night when he had started making it, and was now black with a red line down the center. "I've completed the modifications to my boots, upgraded my sword, and tweaked the Power Glove and Ardent Defender's systems to respond more accurately to my commands," Zorlo said monotonely as he looked at Nephilim. "How was your rest?" he asked her as he stood up.
Zachary watched silently from outside of detection range and quirked his eyebrow. "Now I understand," the hunter stated as he crossed his arms. "I understand almost too well, now," the red haired man said as he spun his knife in his hand quietly. "She's the one who bested him... and she's, therefore, the person I need to speak to," Zachary said as he stepped back. I'll need to wait for him to wind up elsewhere. Fighting Zorlo is pointless... he may be a Renegade, but he's not my target. Perhaps I could use his strength, though."

Nephilim nodded. "Yeah. And today's free so we can enjoy ourselves instead of going to class!" Nephilim replied as she slipped her feet into her sandals. Since there were no classes today, she was wearing a knee-length sundress with a low back to accommodate for her wings and that matched their color nicely. "So, is there anything you want to do today, Zorlo?" she asked with a smile, wondering what she should do herself, considering Zorlo rarely seemed to want to anything with her that didn't involve fighting.

Re: Class of heroes
Saber woke up as soon as the sunlight hit his face; his father had all the soldiers trained to be light sensitive. As was his regular schedule, before eating breakfast Saber practiced various exercises, such as pull ups and crunches, and wing training activities such as “wing-ups” and an extended flight around campus. He then returned to his mailbox to receive the money his father had left him and went to the cafeteria for breakfast.
After purchasing breakfast, he returned to his room to change into clothes that were more comfortable and stared at the detention write-up he had received yesterday:
Saber was flying passed the labyrinth when the bell rang, “It’s okay, it’s the first day, if I’m a minute or so late the teacher won’t care…” When he was where he thought he should be, he checked the map and was confused. “This should be it, but here it says room…where is it on the map-” Saber realized he went westward instead of south, where his class was. “Aw man! I’m going to be so late!” Saber said taking off at full speed until he reached the labyrinth, which was the center and the northern part of the school, he then proceeded south towards Magic Theory at half speed to make sure he had the class room number right. Once he arrived at his class, he knocked politely and walked in slowly. “I’m sorry I’m late, I was confused…” “Well that’s fine, what is your name young man?” Saber gave a great sigh of relief, “Saber Flynn, homeroom 1404.” The teacher nodded and gave Saber a yellow slip of paper, “Here’s your detention, next time be sure to arrive to class on time.” “But I thought you said it was fine!” “It is fine, so long as you serve your punishment.” Saber snatched the slip and sat down near the end of class. “Saber, we have assigned seats, your seat is here.” The teacher said tapping a pencil against the desk. “I hate this school...” Saber muttered under is breath.
After finishing his breakfast, Saber changed into a short sleeved blue and white checkered buttoned-down shirt, khaki shorts, and his sneakers. He then returned to his clearing to practice his wind magic. “I need to learn to cancel it in case of emergencies...” Saber reflected on the incident in the labyrinth. “That will never happen again...”
((Did some placing of the school, is that okay?))

Re: Class of heroes
Zorlo looked at her as his sword vanished and he stood up. He remained silent for a moment as he looked behind himself out the window. It felt like someone was watching them, but he couldn't quite prove it. His eyes glimmered for a moment as a slight hint of emotion broke the surface before he looked back at her. "I wish..." he said as he paused. "I wish..." he stopped again. Something was clearly on his mind, but what it was he didn't quite vocalize. Slowly, the more clear green of his eyes turned a dull, gray-green color as he looked back out the window. "I desire to explore this place. I require an adequate laboratory in order to work on my machines... You should... spend time with others. Those who understand your 'friendship' concept," he said, not looking at her.
Zorlo could feel it welling up. It was ticking more than ever. Not only could he feel his true self trying to shine through his wall of oppression, but he felt oddly nostalgic. It felt as though an old friend had come to visit. He couldn't explain or rationalize the feeling, but it lingered and lingered. Finally, Zorlo turned back towards Nephilim, but said nothing, awaiting her comment.
Zachary leapt from his perch overlooking the school and into Nephilim's window. He'd wait until she was alone to speak to her... or at least didn't have Zorlo around. As he was now, Zorlo wouldn't be of much use. Zorlo was trying to pretend to be an automaton, and as such, he couldn't truly draw out his full power. "If Zorlo can't use everything at his disposal, then he's useless. That woman is my ticket to drawing him out of his secluded shell. I just need her help and a plan."

Re: Class of heroes
I feel like... something almost shone through... Nephilim though to herself as she almost sensed warmth in his voice for a moment. She looked at her a moment before smiling. "Are you sure?" she asked. She looked him in the eyes for a moment, but when they stayed dark and he remained quiet, she sighed, her smile diminishing a bit as she nodded. Alright then. Please leave through the window when you go. I don't want you to get in trouble because of me, okay?" she replied a bit sadly. She paused to check that she had everything and fixed up her bed before walking toward the door, touching him light on the shoulder. "Good bye then. I'll see you later, Zorlo," she said before looking toward the window. It was empty, of course, be she felt as though something was there seconds ago. She shook her head and left out, walking out of the Dorm's side exit and into the sunlight. She stopped and stretched complete as she decided on where to go.

Zorlo looked at her and remained silent. "Please be safe," Zorlo said as he headed off. Although it was somewhat odd, he remained mostly quiet in wake of it. Getting in trouble was pointless. A very pointless thing to Zorlo even moreso. The green haired man started off in search of a laboratory. For now, he would wander somewhat aimlessly. He hadn't the faintest where to start.
A figure landed behind Nephilim and crossed his arms. "So, you know the Renegade 'Zorlo, The Thaumaturge'." Zachary said as he looked at her. "Although at one point or another, Zorlo will be my enemy, but for now, I need his help. I'm willing to make a deal with you, lady. I'm willing to tell you what I know about Zorlo if you're willing to help me draw out his real strength by breaking down his personal walls." Zachary was silent for a second. "I'm Zachary, the Blood Sport. Who are you?" he asked, chuckling.

Re: Class of heroes
Nephilim whirled about as Zachary landed behind her, ready to to cast if need be, but paused at the lack of malice. This man wasn't her enemy, but from what he'd said, he would eventually. But that title sounded familiar... Right... Zorlo called himself that once before... "You need... my help..?" she asked himself as she settled down, but stayed at least a little on guard. Especially as he'd admitted to being a future enemy. "I'm Nephilim. Nephilim Rose. But before that, What do you mean that Zorlo will be your enemy? And why did you call him, 'Renegade'?" she asked cautiously.

Zachary laughed. "Zorlo's violated a major law of our world. Those born in the Junkyard that leave without permission become what's called a 'Renegade'. They're members of our race, at least the version of our race from my world, and are loyal to a tribe. For Zorlo, who killed his entire tribe, this a problem. Still, rules are rules. Trackers are sent to hunt and kill Renegades and return with their Spirit Shard. ITs the godly fragment of their souls. Although its unusual, their are Erdgeist born who, despite both of their parents being Erdgeist, lack the Junkyard Erdgeist's innate power to assume a godly form for a short period of time."
Zachary paused and scratched his head. "Er... forget all that. Just know that Zorlo's a criminal in my world, and one day I might have to drag him back by lethal force. For now, however, I need his help. The God-breaker has escaped, and Zorlo's tactical and technological brilliance, along with his phenomenal power would be helpful in this fight. If you're stronger than he is, yours as well, miss Nephilim. Anyway, before I agree to tell you anything too important, lets go somewhere quiet... this place makes me uncomfortable."
