Destroy the world! (RP)

[Zorolo]

Zorlo had acted before he realized it. He now stood in front of the woman and faced her down. "Hmm... curiouser and curiouser. I've been watching this place for a while now and, aside from flashes and what I can only assume is death and destruction, no one had come out that I had seen. So, now that you've shown yourself, I'll have to ask: Why would anyone want to go in there?" Zorlo asked with a slightly amused smile. "After all, my mission said to check on this building and try to determine why it would be a target. So far... I got nothing, to be honest. Wanna at least give me a clue."

Kaede merely looked at him at first, giving away almost nothing in her emotionally subdued gaze. She looked him over once, twice. "I don't know. Nearly everyone inside is already dead..." Kaede replied in a quieter voice as she looked at him. She paused and turned away before looking back at him. "Come with me... "Support Skill: Transcendent Wings." The massive, white wings from before erupted as she lifted off and flew off to the nearby balcony of her 'home'.

[Zorolo]

Zorlo smiled and nodded. "Yeah, yeah, yeah," he said as wind picked up around his feet and the man started running on air. "I'm right behind you, lady. You seem... trustworthy," he said, for lack of a better term. "I'm Zorlo. Give me your name or don't, I figured I oughtta be gentlemanly about it," the man said as he cracked his neck and smiled.

Varick forced Czarina’s body to point at the door. ”Somebody wants in.” ”Cool story, bro” Czarina’s fist came flying at her face before halting suddenly. ”Tsk tsk little brother, you know that I’m stronger than you.” Czarina looked around, “Well whoever did this, they didn’t have weapons, look.” Czarina pointed at a pen lodged into the neck of one of the fallen victims, and then the panel from the elevator in the one of the guardsmen. ”Whose MO is it to do this kind of crap? I swear I’ve seen a room look like this before- Haha, look there!” Czarina pointed at the neck of a worker who had a shard of an ‘I Hate Mondays’ Garfield mug stuck in it. ”Isn’t today Monday? Haha!” ”I bet that dead guy would think you look weirder.” ”Shut up.” Czarina walked into the galley where she saw the robot that was attacked by an orange. ”Oh wait, I know who did this!-” ”That creepy chick, Miss Murder or something like that right?” ”Yeah…I think we should go before she finds us. That chick scares the crap out of me.” ”She’s on our side, don’t worry about it-”

The explosion at the door made Czarina jump, and she turned about. ”Switch place, I don’t like it here!” ”Hey! You need to give me more time!” Varick cried as Czarina’s body became mist and his body formed itself. ”I smell gasoline…Oh crap it’s her!” Varick pointed at Murder as she ran in their direction. He ran as fast as he could back to the elevator, but noticed the door was blasted off. ”Is it just me or does th-” ”Shut up and get me out of here!” ”Don’t pee yourself.” Varick ripped through the stairs, clearing them right after Jake had, he ran past Jake in a blur, he wasn’t part of the objective. ”Safe!” Varick raised his arms and threw punches into the air. ”See, I’m just better than you-” Czarina turned into her human form again and stretched. ”Whatever… I’m just glad we made if before that whole place went up in flames.” ”Maybe we should get farther before that happens. More distance won’t hurt us.” Czarina nodded and began walking away. ”Good point. Let’s bounce.” ”Don’t say that…”

Murder followed Varick once she had set the bomb up. She looked at the elevator, which now had a giant hole in it due to Czarina’s punch. She didn’t think twice once she saw the hole in the wall and ran up the stairs. Murder ran up the stairs quickly, and once she reached the first floor, she slowed down and walked out of the building calmly, as if ignorant of the explosion that would take place in less than ten seconds. Once she left the building she turned right and disappeared down the street. Then the entire building began collapsing after what sounded like an earthquake. Flames soon engulfed the falling tower.

"Kaede," Kaede replied as the muffled rumble of the explosion shook the building. She looked back in time the see the now truly abandoned office building collapsed down into the hole that used to be its basement and sub-floors. "Just in time..." she said blankly as her wings scattered into feathers and vanished on the wind before walking inside. The large, ruined living room was mostly barren barring the large stone slabs and other rubble that blocked the only exit other then the balcony She and Zorlo had just used. "I was there out of curiosity, Zorlo," she said suddenly, answering his earlier question as she walked over to and knelled next her bag. "The one that did it... Look for the flock of Crows that precedes a 'Force of Death'."

"It's an honor to meet you, Lady Kaede," Zorlo said after her introduction as he continued to listen. "And I see you and I had... somewhat similar reasons. Still... I can't fully say I think anyone should be curious as to why chaos is tearing apart the natural order of things." Zorlo paused as her statement about the crows. "A force of death, huh? What a pretentious name... not that the one they use for me is any better," he muttered as he looked away and smiled back at her. "Anyway, thank you for your time... and for inviting me into your house. The interior is lovely. I'm sure you wish to rest and... be alone, so if you so desire, I'll be on my way. I'm sure this could use some more looking into."

Murder sat atop a nearby building, watching the fire burn. I wonder if there's a toy store nearby. Perhaps I should ask someone who lives in the neighborhood. She waited for the last wall to collapse in on itself before she jumped back down to street level. Let's see, if it were me I'd live in the tallest building I could find, so I'll start there first.

The door wouldn't open right away, so she kicked it in. Murder tried the elevator. Looks like it's broken and those are a lot of stairs. She did a quick once over the mechanics and electrics and set to jury rigging it using the office computer and various other odds and ends from the first floor apartments.

"I wanted to know. So that I could better protect myself later, if the need came," Kaede replied to him as she ate a piece of ration bread stoically. She looked through her bag for a moment in silence before standing and turning. "You are welcome to stay or leave as you wish, as heights are no hindrance to you. I wish to wait for the twilight before I leave, Zorlo," she finished before walking off to another room.

With the aid of a potato Murder got the lift lurching upward. She looked up through the service hatch as she slowly climbed. Anyone who was to examine the potato powered contraption she had attached to the panel would wonder how it could possibly power the old rickety vehicle, and many would be justified thinking that it might purely be Murder's will that was making it work. For her part, she simply knew that it worked and questioned it no further.

When the doors trundled open she smiled and waved at the two who had gathered to greet her and her ancient elevator's arrival. Beyond the greeting, she payed them no attention until she had climbed up into the rafters. Hanging upside down by her legs she faced them, trying to remember why she had come up here in the first place. A crow lighted down on the beam next to her and stared alongside Murder.

((Hope y'all don't mind, I just figured they would investigate who could possibly be using the elevator.))

Zorlo scratched his cheek and looked around in confusion. "I'm not sure if she's saying, 'Please get going' or 'stay and keep me company'," the man mused to himself with a sigh. The man simply shrugged as he looked around the room. "What a nice place. I might as well hunker down for now. She's heading out at the twilight and, since she doesn't seem to be my enemy, I'll consider her an ally. I may, at some point, regret that, but at this moment, it doesn't SEEM like a bad idea," the man said as he realized he was talking to himself. "Well... damn..." he muttered as he sat down. "I wonder what's really going on..."

Zorlo heard an odd noise that attracted his attention away from his thoughts. The sound of a moving elevator at first. The second thing was the elevator doors opening and a form standing before him and waving. "Okay..." It was then Zorlo recalled Kaede's words about the crow and sighed. "Great... just great..." he muttered in annoyance.

((It's cool, concidering that Kaede very well would have.))

Kaede gasped slightly as she heard the old elevator lurch up to her floor. Who or what could have gotten the almost destroyed thing to work again, she thought to herself as she turned and sprinted back to the main room. The only way in or out of Kaede's little 'home' was the balcony, by other such apartments weren't blocked like that. "Zorlo, come." she said on a whim as she ran past and jumped to and from the balcony railing without pausing to see if he would heed her or not. "Support Skill: Transcendent Wings." The wings burst from her back once more as she banked right to circle around to another Balcony and landed, running in almost immediately as her wings scattered away as she turned to see The elevator open and Murder walk out to wave at the two before looking around. Who is this girl? There's almost no power here, and yet she got- Kaede paused mid-thought as she watched Murder hang from the rafter and the Crow fly past herself and Zorlo to perk near Murder. "The crow from before.... Is...it her then..?" Kaede asked herself quietly as she chose to watch for a moment.

She looked from Zorlo to Kaede as they spoke. The crow cawed once, she looked up at it and then down at Kaede. Oh, I remember now. She's the one who was on that balcony earlier. Her smile widened, which with the glasgow grin and the poor lighting made her look very creepy. Laughing, she swung upward off the beam, landed behind Kaede, and wrapped her arms around the woman in a hug.

Kaede gasped slightly as Murder hugged her. It didn't feel as though Murder would hurt her, so she hadn't reacted, but Kaede hadn't been unprepared for the following hug. It was kinda cute in a way as to how ...innocent... Murder seemed to be. Yet, she was one that was considered by many to be a Force of Death in an of herself...? A slight smile came to Kaede's lips as she turned slightly to pat Murder on the head. ""So... was it you that turned that building over that into a crater, I wonder...?" she asked in a quiet, gentler voice.

She turned her head to look in the direction of the destroyed building. Murder giggled, nodding. She released Kaede to make explosive motions with her hands. After a moment a thought came to her. Murder held her hands out and looked at Kaede quizzically, mouthing the word why. Realizing she didn't have any snacks for him, the crow took flight.

Kaede shook her head as she turned to fully face Murder. "No, it's nothing. I was merely curious," Kaede replied after reading reading Murder's lips. So then... is she Mute....? Or does she simply choose not to speak...? I wonder...? She thought to herself as the Crow flew passed. "You know... you've made quite the name for yourself, miss."

Murder shook her head violently. She rummaged through her coat pockets for a jar of black face paint, stuck her hand in it and wrote on the wall.
Mommie MADE NAME NOT ME
She pointed at Mommie vehemently and frowned at Kaede. Agitated cawing could be heard outside and as if called, Murder ran for the balcony, leaving a black trail on the wall. She wrote on the balcony wall, ME. And pointed at the murder of crows that was circling overhead.

Zorlo watched the whole ordeal quietly as he crossed his arms. It seems like I'm in for more than I bargained for? he asked himself quizzically as he sighed and rested against the wall. For now, he simply watched as the two had their exchange. They didn't need him to be there, but he would watch. This might have somehow been interesting... depending on how things turned.

((I thought that it was a group of Ravens that was called a 'Murder'. Do Crows share that? I'm not trying to make you change it or anything, just curious.))

Kaede chuckled quietly. It was a slightly strange chuckle not it that it was fake, but rather in that it felt as though there should be...more... of it. She took me literally, it seems... Guess I should watch it next time, Kaede thought to herself as she watched Murder point to 'her' flock, circling above the building. They were silent, but for the occasional Caw or four. A Murder of... Kaede looked back to Murder. "Murder...? Would that happen to be your name?" she asked. It definitely wasn't the worse name she'd ever heard. "So your Mother named you Murder?" Kaede asked as she reread the first statement Murder had written for them.

((I grabbed it from one of The Crow movies, they may have changed it from Raven to Crow for style's sake. To the internet! Wikipedia claims that a flock of ravens is called an unkindness and crows are called a murder. Both are cool, and I'm afraid I don't know how to tell the difference from one black bird or another by looks alone.))
She smiled nodding twice and gave Kaede a congratulatory hug. Murder grabbed Kaede by the hands and swung around in a circle happily, getting the paint on her fingers as well. She painted another word next to the ME, YOU. Murder smiled at her expectantly.

Jake got out his wings, as he makes a sonic wave, moving all the buildings in a range of 2500metters, and breaking glasses, he was now flying, with a black aura around him "SHE!!!" he fled to where the crow from before where heading, as he founds murder painting on a balcony something, and kaede close to her "YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS!!" He flyed to her, and grabbed her on his way, not stopping, and, from the impact, a wall broke "BECAUSE OF YOU I LOST IT, BECAUSE OF YOU THEY WHERE KILLED, BECAUSE OF YOU I CAN'T FINISH THIS, BECAUSE YOU DON'T STOP BLOWING MY BASES!!" He punched murder in the face repeated times, then grabbed her and launched to a wall "Say your last words!!" he put his hand in fron of him, as energy accumulates in it
