Story: on a small Remote Island llocated off shore tokyo exists a small and nice little town the perfect example of peace is here...and time marches on normally....Though beyond what the normal human can comprehend exists Zero time a state inbetween present and future a state where time on the island Freezes and in this zone is where Variants Roam Variants are beings who bear a mark of the Zodiac Roam freely they are the rulers of this realm.... a Variants job is to Eliminate any sort of anomally found with in the Flow of time they are the protectors of time itself they make sure nothing can distort the flow of time they must also protect the 4 seals of the island which rest with the 4 maidens otherwise a calamity will occur.... Kyo Narutaki has just moved to this island searching for someone special...what he doesnt realize is that it wasent his search that brought him here it was his Destiny as a Variant that has brought him to this island...now anomally arent a variants only concern they must also protect the island from Youma Wandering Demons who have taken residence on the island they must also stop who ever is trying to unseal the 4 seals of the island to stop the awakening of Samekh the King of Chaos

Bio: new to the island and not so aware of his power he used to live with his grandfather in Tokyo until His grandfather Asked him to go to this island and try to live a normal and peaceful life his grandfather taught kyo how fight in the way of Martial arts and sword play at a young age Kyo never understood why he had to be trained in such a way to the point of ridiculousness he's very good natured and fun to be around the rest will be revealed later

Despite the fact she is often asked out on dates, Hitomi only stays friends with anyone. She often refuses to let people come home for that reason. { its late at night the day before the entrance ceremony for the local highschool on the island and on the beach}

Kyo: { washed ashore}....* coughs and gets any water out of him* Damn old man He packed all my luggage on the boat coming here and then made me swim across the whole ocean!!! { he rolls over and looks at the sky}...so this is it { he watches the stars}......sigh {he passes out}

"Hitomi, it isn't often that we get to go out like this." A man with a gentle smile spoke, walking beside a woman with long brown hair. She was currently wearing a formal dress and her shoes were in her hands. The beach was no place to be wearing such formal things. "Though I hear that your parents refused to allow you to bring me home."

The woman nodded, adjusting her glasses as she looked at the young man. "I apologize. It isn't that I didn't want you to come. It's just that I knew that something would come up if I brought you home." Her voice sounded innocent and gentle as she walked. The world felt the same as usual, since she knew they wouldn't allow her to marry just anyone. "I do hope you'll forgive them for being so hasty."

"Well, you are special after all. Their only child." A lie, perhaps one that was more of something that would keep others from knowing the truth. There were two parts of her, she remembered a little. It wasn't abnormal in her family to have what seemed to be a slightly odd train of thought. Of course, there was that scent that she sometimes smelt a few years ago... "Are you paying attention?"

"Of course." She continued walking, feeling an arm go around her as they noticed a figure in the distance. "Who is that, Akito-san?"

"I don't know, but it looks like he'll need some help." He moved away from her, checking the person's pulse. "You think your parents will mind taking him in for a little bit?" She nodded, making sure that he brought the figure up from the ground. They moved towards the house in the distance, Akito having to stay out while Hitomi talked with her parents. Her parents agreed, leading him to a bed within a guest room and then rushing Akito out without another word.

"I apologize again." Hitomi spoke, coming back outside. "Let's continue our talk."

She silently slashed through a demon and landed on the some feeling of sand beneath her feet.
Another demon..That's the fifth one today...
She looked up at the night sky and sighed.

Well it looks like our times up we'll see ur potential tomorrow.....

Kyo: (he jumps up).....huh?..I'm in a house ( he stands up and looks around the room)....did soomeone find me.....( He notices a painting on the wall and he. Walks over and looks at it)

Entering the room, Hitomi noticed that the person she and Akito had found on the beach was awake. He seemed to be alright. "Good morning." She had what looked to be a change of clothes in her hands. It hadn't taken long to find some clothing that would fit him until he had his own luggage over. She assumed that was the case or that they'd have to investigate further. "You were on the beach last night, unconscious." She placed the clothing down on the bed. She waited for his attention before bowing.

"My name is Hitomi Kiku."

Kyo: { staring at the painting}....* its one of his*.....{ he turns to look at hitomi} oh Hello I'm Kyo...Kyo Narutaki I'm sorry to impose on you for such a thing sorry to be a burden....I'm uhhh I'm new to the Island Miss Hitomi...I know I shouldnt ask but...{ his stomach growls} do u happen to have any food?

"We were hoping you'd be up soon." A man walked behind Hitomi, a rather tall man with a cold stare and a booming voice. "Breakfast will be ready in ten minutes." Hitomi remained silent, letting him say whatever else he had to before he left. He whispered to Hitomi a moment before leaving.

"Yes. We'll be having breakfast in the dining room downstairs. You can wash up and change into these clothes until you have access to your luggage Kyo-san." She bowed again, walking out of the room.

Kyo: {he watches the man with the cold stare}....*sheesh...whats his problem I guess he doesnt like visitors too much* okay than thank you for you hospitality { after she leaves he washes up and gets changed into the new clothes}..hmmmmm wow these fit pretty good well....hmm damn Grandfather sent me here to live a normal life....yeah right he made me swim across the ocean even my sword is with my luggage....sigh { he walks out of the room and he looks around the house as he wanders into the dinning room and it is a very cold atmosphere} * I guess I'm not really wanted here am I* G....Good morning everyone you certaintly have a lovely home

The woman next to the cold man smiled, seeming warm. "I apologize, we don't have visitors that often." She pat her husband's shoulder, making sure to pull out a chair for him to sit in. Hitomi sat next to that spot, calmly placing her napkin down. "We have to be careful with how things are these days." She put a hand around the spread of food for breakfast, making sure the maids began serving him.

"What school are you attending Kyo-san?" Hitomi asked, eating a piece of bread.

She walked up and down the beach for the past few hours then wondered back into town. She hated being around humans and was upset that even one of the maidens was human and living a human life.
Oh, well... she thought It's probably better for her that way.
She sighed and walked down the streets of the town. Her long blue her flowing behind her. Ignoring the stares of everyone.

Kyo: Thank you...ahhhh Itadakimasu { he starts eating as he stops for a second and he looks at Hitomi}...What school hmmm Granpa said I'd be transfering into the local high school on the island....I think he said it was Kyoukuran or something though I'm not to sure * "careful about how things are this age?" what does she mean* but what about you Hitomi-San if I can call you that....{ he looks to the cold man and the warm looking woman} Thank you for helping me last night I'm sorry to be a burden to you and you too Hitomi-San...

"Oh, you're not a burden." The warm woman answered, smiling. "It looks like Hitomi will be able to take you to your dorms then." The man looked towards her a moment, speaking softly into her ear. The woman glared back at him and he stopped talking about whatever he seemed to be saying. "Once you're finished eating you can go to the dorms and get ready."

Hitomi nodded. "Yes, I attend the same school as you, Kyo-san."
