I'm not an artist, i don't think i can provide any useful advice either....But since the title (and therefore the theme) seems to be related to dothackers...
What about that one pic with me valiantly standing high, with my armor and sword befitting of a legendary knight, somewhat broken/damaged like if i had just fought and survived the war of my life, and with those certain other members laying all defeated before me?

Not exactly. The drawing could picture us in the middle of the epic battle...either standing in front of each other with such an epic/apocalyptic background (you know...thunders, fire, destruction, corpses, a floating skullhead saying "YAY", etc)....or with the same kind of background, but each of us doing an epic attack, or dodging each other, or something amazing like that.
