Call of Duty:Black Ops

Is anyone nice enough to give me a few tips in how to get the "See Me, Stab Me, Heal Me" and "Sacrificial Lamb" trophies/achievements? Or anyone around here with a PS3 Black Ops copy could be nice and bored enough to help me obtain them? Because they're plain horrible and more than being "difficult", it's like they added them to troll the heck out of anyone wanting to achieve 100% TT3TT

First of all, it's HARD to find correct people to play with. Most of all random people i've played with are fools who don't believe in teamwork and suddenly open doors, spam grenades, or run somewhere to be mauled...and with no mic (or even proper english-speaking voice, for that matter) to help me, i can't do anything except wait and see how everyone messes up. Then, the FEW times i've reached the Mystery Box, i've only obtained a random FAMAS and some random pistol...and with how hard it is to simply reach it and THEN reach 5000 points, i'm almost sure i only have 1 chance to try the box. And then, EVEN if all the stars and atoms align and allow me to have any of the 2 needed weapons...i don't even see how the heck i'm going to actually explode 6 zombies or revive someone without failing or dying...so yeah, i have to admit i'm hopeless and lost.

I've reached Round 23 alone, and i actually failed only because i mistakenly nuked all zombies, which didn't allow me to rebuild barriers, place claymores, and reload on grenades and ammo...i'm sure i would've survived for about 4 more rounds otherwise. But online, only to Round 7 and that was thanks to my nephew (playing Split Screen with 2 other guys), since we did a darn good team work...the other 2 guys were living baits at best, but either way, 2 of us weren't enough to endure the invasion of 4-player zombie hordes 8(
