Assassin's creed brotherhood, who has it?

Post by Kaori »

okay I was going to the store to buy vanquish when I saw that assassin's creed brotherhood already arrived so I gave up on vanquish yet again to buy a truly remarkable game, I was wondering if there is anyone else here who has it and if they can explain to me on how to recruit apprentices.

After you destroy a Borgia Tower, there will be locations on the map where you will be able to recruit an apprentice. You can only recruit 1 apprentice at time and you can only an apprentice after you destroy a Borgia Tower.

They all have their advantages and disadvantages. But I use the Romulus Bone Dagger.

That is a SHORT sword. If you want a regular Sword, then choose what you think is best, because they all have their advantages and disadvantages.

The Romulus bone DAGGER is not a sword its a DAGGER, plus I heard that the sword of altair is actually in the game, but you somehow need to unlock it.

Short Sword = Dagger.

If it is in the game, then I haven't gotten it yet.

Okay I recently got it now! You have to complete all the assassin's guild challenges in order to obtain it, it will be available in the hideout if you were wondering.

Shorter than Assassin's Creed II, at least story-wise, but longer than AC1, and yet, MAYBE still longer than AC2, because of all the little mini-quests and all. In AC2 you just had Courtesans, Thieves and Mercenaries stuff...in AC:B you have that too, along with CHALLENGES for each one of them, most of them being doing things like killing guards in certain ways or escaping in certain ways, plus you have to add the Templar agents, Cristina thingies, Leonardo machines of d00m (I WANT UFO TANK THING >3<), Recruit stuff (VERY AWESOME...but also disappointing, gets boring very fast and you're almost forced to kill your Assassins to continue having fun with them), 100% Synchronization challenges (which in some cases, REALLY adds some difficult to what would normally be near-impossible to fail). And the online factor definetly makes the gaming much more lasting, so yeah, shorter story maybe (along with the fact you only explore one area...bigger than even Venice, but it's still a single one), but much more things to do.

And yeah, i have Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. Not finished it yet, but planning on doing so today. I'm in Sequence 7, with MANY things finished, such like 100% Rome rebuilt, all Feathers, all treasures and flags except for the Vatican area, most challenges and missions completed, 100% Synchronization in MANY missions and stuff. I've even kept track of the e-mails in 2012...very interesting stuff but more silly and "gossiping" than anything, not all srs bsnz like it was in AC2. And due to my nephew request, i played a bit of online yesterday. Just the "Wanted" mode...at first we didn't know WTF to do, but we soon learned, and i'm just lv8 but i've won 1st place a couple of times already. It's alot better to keep yourself in cover and kill when the chance comes, than rush and jump all over rooftops trying to kill the clever-or-not victims.

And yes it's one hell of an awesome game. And i know i haven't seen nothing much yet...when i finish the game, enjoy the ending, and then discover and unlock all of the "Glyphs" and the secrets, i'm almost sure i'll have no words to express my thoughts, just an expression somewhat close to this: O________________O

I've finished Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, complete with all stuff like Feathers, Treasures, Weapons...and of course, Subject 16 puzzles. All trophies obtained except for online stuff, and at 92% Synchronization or so...only missing certain Full Synchronization missions.

...I believe you now...Keyaki. Though i think that the "shock" from Assassin's Creed II's ending was much greater...this was more of a "complement" of what has happened already, and a "bridge" to what's going to happen next. Indeed AC2.5...after the 2nd, but not the 3rd. And still, after seeing and learning all this and complementing it with everything i knew already, i now remain in such a state of which i cannot describe in english, simply because my knowledge on the language isn't enough to find the proper words, if they even exist.

I won't say anything that could be a spoiler...even though i have such an extreme urge to discuss and debate about a million of things at the moment. However, there's something i really want to share and i'm going to...won't spoil important plot details and only a slight thing at most...of which, unless you're an over-analyzer like me, you won't care about one bit anyways.

Doing a little research about Alan Turing's death on google and Wiki and stuff, i found this:
When his body was discovered an apple lay beside his bed.
I shat myself about 3 times when i read that. Then i just laughed alot.

Also I'm pretty sure we can discuss, just coat anything within spoilers. I really do wanna discuss....I hate to sound self-righteous or superior but alot of the AC fans on the PSN forums aren't really.....that...competent....got some idiots actually believing AC is an attempt for Ubisoft trying to "warn" us about Illuminati.....idiots.

YOU MEAN IT'S NOT!!!   :( jk
It's depressing to see how few people play the multiplayer. You go on late at night and your lucky to find a full game.

I haven't played an Assassin's Creed game ever since my last XBOX 360 arc-scratched my copy of the first game into oblivion. I almost bought Brotherhood, but I wasn't sure if they had fixed the whole making-you-do-the-same-thing-over-and-over-again problem the first game had that made is kind of boring and uninteresting.

O-O BUT OF COURSE IT'S BEEN THE ILLUMINATI ALL ALONG, THAT'S WHAT THE STORY IS ALL ABOUT!!! THEY'VE FULLY EXPLAINED IT TO US AFTER EACH AND EVERY ACTION THAT HAPPENS!!! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL THIS TIME!?! D8

lolz, Of course not,  if anything the Illuminati was either a small "branch" of the Templars, or a "front cover", something to fool the people, to "satisfy" their desire and curiosity about something being "behind" everything, something they can look at and be all "ZOMG CONSPIRACY" while in truth, there is something else...far more greater and complex that is truly behind "everything", and everyone has been completely oblivious about it. Just like the Freemasons and the US goverment have been for the 20th century, being "blamed" and "pointed" act for all conspiracy actions and whatever, and having all the people point at them and making the believe they're "right"...while the true masterminds are just there, hiding in plain sight in front of the people, leading their actions into whatever they want them to. So, you could say that those people who believe that they're warning us about the Illuminati are just people who have been fully controlled and brainwashed without their knowing, their ideas controlled by nothing more other than "media" and "society". Either that, or they're the right ones and we're the brainwashed. lol

And i find it very amazing and shockingly how we've been part of a war, a war about "human control", that has existed since THOUSANDS of years ago...with the Templars fighting for a world under absolute control where people are trapped into what they want them to think and do, and the Assassins fighting for a world full of freedom, where people are allowed to have free-will, and think and do as they wish without restrictions, even if it might be chaotic. First began with basic needs and feelings, at least what's what i think, then after some time it moved into religion, the crusades, the papacy, then wars and rebellions, and now it's the capitalism system. While in the 1500-era's, the control was enforced by religion, with the Pope being in absolute control of all economic, social, militar and even scientific aspects, in the 1900-era and beyond the very same kind of control is imposed into us by the capitalism. What do you need to adquire knowledge, adquire goods for survival or comfort, develop a strong army, make new technological discoverments, or have and do anything else? MONEY. Because you could be the SMARTEST or the STRONGEST, but without any money, there's nothing you can do...not even feed yourself. And the entire Subject 16 puzzles explain all of this quite perfectly...how the idea of the plan began (and perfectioned by Henry Ford), how they began to use workers, what they allowed them to have, what made other people want to be in such working lifestyle, and how they even fought against the system that could hinder their plans...the Democracy. And it's obvious why....Capitalism = Absolute control, Democracy = Control by the people themselves, not external. And now, we're so deeply inmersed in the Capitalism system that we CAN'T live without it...or more like, we're FORCED to live without it. We're born, we're forced to go to school, school makes us think that job is important and how we should study to get jobs or even improve jobs and increase such capitalism (and there you have Administration, Accounting, Merchandising, etc), we're forced to get jobs if we want to continue eating and having our entertainment (which, BTW, is also used to control us and keeps us in "sight"...TV, internet, videogames, etc), we stay in jobs all our life, earning money and then spending it in everything the "world" and the "society" is making us to, and then we have our children, time in which we do our best to give them a "proper" school so they can get good jobs in the future...and it all starts again. "Stay in the loop", as some say, making us remain in such an "endless" cycle of production and consumption, never moving any far from it...and we all accept it not because it's the "best", but because we've already been conditioned to do so, and we have no other choice to make. It's all true, and anyone can come up with hundreds of explanations to "prove" why it's good to be and remain like this, but no matter how much it's sugar-coated, it all goes to one single meaning: Control of the masses. That which the Templars have worked for all along...and this isn't even their "master plan" to achieve absolute control.

Anyways, i feel like i'm just ranting to myself in here...So now i'll ask the obvious question. WHAT is Lucy Stillman? Why she "is not who you think she is"? Could've she been a Templar all along? Or something far more "important" that she didn't ever realize? But what could've been so important about her that Desmond was FORCED to kill her, ot at the very least wound her?
And what's with the last words at the end, during the credits? I don't remember them much and they caught me off-guard so i don't think i listened to them fully...but, i clearly remember 2 people with voices not from the main characters (or even Vidic), and some talking about "The Animus did this to her". Really doubt they're talking about Lucy, and i don't even think any Templars have found the Colosseum Vault just yet...so, "her" could've been the Eve Juno was talking about? The one Desmond must find or whatever? And who could she be, perhaps some sort of "Subject 18"? My initial theory was that it was Subject 16...but that's impossible since it's fully stated that Subject 16 died and remained on the Animus kinda Harald-like, and it was a guy anyways. Thing for sure though, she's in Templar hands..."the cross darkens the path".

And BTW, in referrence to the Cluster #10:
HECK YEAH RUSSIAN POLICE ARE ASSASSINS!!! SPETZIES ARE ON OUR SIDE!!!! 8D...Quite interesting why "William M." made no mention about the Russian Assassins, but, maybe that's where the 2012 Assassin's HQ is and where he's been sending the information from, so it would be quite redundant and unneeded if he talked about themselves and they were just fine. And the pics in the Cluster 10, along with the comic story thing, "Assassin's Creed: The Fall", that involves a Daniel Cross whose important "ancestor" is a 1900~ RUSSIAN ASSASSIN named Nikolai Orelov, are DEFINITE PROOF that Russia is of great importance to the current Assassin's Order.

Your post was just to overwhelming with good stuff to read...

But Ill tell you this...I doubt that Lucy is a Templar.

Juno mentioned that there was sixth sense that they kept hidden from the humans. Juno also mentioned some kind of 'journey' as well. And I think she wanted to Desmond and that 'journey' but he had to do it alone. She knew that Lucy would've tried to accompany him so she had to take control of Desmond and....incapacitate her. I use that word, b/c I personally don't think she is dead....despite what happened.

And that voice the Animus did this to HIM, meaning Desmond... you must've heard wrong. And believe me, 16 is DEAD. He isn't in the Animus in a Harald-like state. He apparently did more to the Animus than what we saw in AC II.
