Hey don't get me wrong, Twilight has its own sub-category in the category of things known as ****. But when girls; scratch that---HOT girls start noticing you for reading Twilight, especially when they didn't notice you before, what can you do?

Beat them up with the book? With possible forced sexual acts afterwards?

Getting into Twilight, or even PRETEND to get into Twilight, just to get hot girls' attention, and selling your soul to a demon in a deal where you suddenly become very attractive and can automaticly get any girl you desire without any effort, for any purposes you want, are almost the very same thing. In fact, i'd much rather prefer the latter...you lose your soul, any sort of honor you might've had, and are no longer a human (just a "pitiful soul with no salvation") in any case, but at least you'd automaticly get anything with the girls, and not be forced to remain attached to the book if you wish to keep them. Also, it's very likely that the "best" you could get with those Twilight-reading girls are RP sessions where you're a sparkly vampire who takes off his shirt and does nothing except pose, quote stuff, and be BARELY touched by the girls >_>

I was a 15 year old boy who was dating a psycho **** disguised as an innocent little girl, I had no honor!
Beat them up with the book?
Let me repeat and emphasize, H-O-T Girls as in HHHHHHHHHH-O-T girls.

Luckily that didn't happen.

-facepalm-

Well, at least it has a use. I guess. But personally, I wouldn't date someone if I found out they were reading or doing something they normally wouldn't just to get girls/attention/etc. That's... a little shallow. Honesty is the best policy, dude. To tell the truth though, sadly enough my friends would probably go over to you and ask about it and such though. :?

I'm ashamed of my shallow friends. >_>;

A girl interested in you because you read a book is nothing more then a girl into you because you have a nice car. I mean seriously take advice from me on this, its better to have a girl you can connect with, then someone you wont even enjoy being with. I mean what kind of conversation would you have? "OMG who would you rather have a threesome with? vamp dude or wolf dude?" (I don't even know their names sorry I tend to try and not pay attention to it but you get the point.)

Yea, your right. But it's not like I was trying to pick up any of the girls, I was just saying how they noticed me when they normally wouldn't.

Why cant stephanie mayers reader's just keep it to themselves instead of trying to spread the whole twilight craze like an infection? Answer:

BECAUSE IT'S THE ONLY WAY FOR HER TO MAKE MONEY AND SO THAT HER FANS WOULD GET ALL THE GARBAGE THEY WANT!
If the times demand it, we'll be revolutionaries, criminals, terrorists...
And yes, we may all be headed straight to Hell.
But what better place for us than this?
It is our only home
Our Heaven and our Hell
This is Otaku Heaven.

It is proven that hot girls can be shallow too. Lol. But it is true that girls sometimes notice guys only when they do stuff like that. Which is a sad truth for my gender. I hope that I'm never that shallow. >_<;

Heck, if it's a converstation starter, I won't support it, but it seems like it would work. As long as you don't meet any crazed fans. That is a major risk factor. Lol. Don't sell your soul to them! XD

Back on track, has anyone else noticed the influx of similar (to Twilight) stories in bookstores everywhere? Whenever I go near the teen section at all I see are vamp/wolf/etc. stories from a first-person POV of some girl. Thankfully, all of the Twilight stuff at the Borders I go to is on bargain sales (since it's not selling) but it seems like other authors keep trying to cash in on the fad. (Also, The Hunger Games? I read it and it was good, but I'm hoping it doesn't turn into another Twi-fan craze.)

I'm so sorry guy's, I almost sold my soul to twilight today, one of the hottest guy's in my college asked me out on a movie date, problem was it was twilight, I only realized it when we got to the mall, it turns out that his harem told him I'm into this kinda stuff and so there we were, I didnt want to offend him so I tried to tell him I didnt like twilight but he already bought the ticket's and we went inside, I tried to pretend like I was enjoying it but I just ended up sitting in the seats way out back playing monster hunter, then I did something I'll never live down at that mall, he sat beside me and tried to get me to make out with him, so I grabbed his hand and put it inside my  shirt touching my breasts and screamed that he was sexually harassing me, I'll never be able to go back to that movie theater without getting stared at by the staff ever again.....

Sounds more like she did that "spoiled" part to get away from the guy trying to make out with her, which even so it was such a freaking "drastic" way for doing so (you made him touch your breasts, and you could've easily yelled out the "sexual harass" thing from him just trying to kiss you o_O; )...but well, it at least worked both for GTFO-ing from the movie and the guy, i suppose. As well as ruining the movie for everyone else since they were interrupted by a girl screaming about being sexually assaulted. I have to admit that must've been pretty awesome, except for Twilight lovers. lol

And don't worry, your soul remains with you and you can still use it and sell it to whoever or whatever else you'd want it to, anything better than Twilight >3> After all, you didn't know you were seeing such movie until the very moment, didn't even bother watching it as you played MH, and then ruined the movie for everyone else...and also gave a guy probably one of the most embarassing and WTF moments of his life. That should serve as a lesson to everyone out there who intends to use Twilight as a means of getting with a girl...yeah, everyone >___> lol

Next time ask what movie it is first, let that be a lesson to you.
