Like I said before, this is an attempt to practice text roleplaying (again), so would anyone be willing to join in and help me out?

It takes during the R1 series, let's say a few days before the fire and R1 is officially lost? Well it's at least a good place to start, because, no one placed a story in this time.

We HEARD that it happened, but only in the timeline. What exactly happened in those last days, though in this case, this is just placing it creativity, so it might now exactly place anywhere or even try...

Sorry Dark Blade, but do you mind if I please borrow from your rules and template from your previous RP thread so we can try fleshing out the characters through questions and comments?

Thank you, I hope you guys will give it a chance, and even if no one does, heck it was worth a shot. I hope...

If DB agrees I'll post the rules and template next.

Also my first question, when you build a character, how can you flesh him out with an original story or in the Japanese's case, twist a deep story even if it's cliched so you (and the other players) can appreciate the character who you and breathing in The World?

Does that make any sense at all?

She always wondered why she picked such a plain name for her character and why it was so low a level. She looked as though she had played 'The World' offten enough.

Calamity logged in and his PC appeared in front of the Chaos Gate of Mac Anu. He decided for now to stock up on items around the different servers then hit a few dungeons and try to get five, no ten levels up. Yes, If he was able to accomplish that, then his day would ammount to something other then looking at black paper and a pencil which no longer spoke to him.

Kas stood, leaning over the side of the bridge, and just watching The World's reflection. Players came and went, he saw a lot of familiar faces, no matter their level a lot of players seemed to like coming to Mac Anu, maybe it reminded them of the joy of discovery they once had. Sometimes a former knight would come up and talk to him, but not today. He had sent them all an email when he made Kas, briefly he entertained the thought of a reunion, but he knew most had washed their hands of CCcorp. and The World, and many of those that hadn't were embittered.

Finally geting her character to move. The red haired character had started to run. To where she had no idea. It looked like she had passed over a bridge.

Calamity watched the movement of Mac Anu as a red haired Long Arm dashed through the crowd and onto the bridge. From the action, he guess that she was new to The World.

Finally after enough of the players dispersed, he took his controller and began moving towards the item shop. Then he changed his mind and headed toward the Long Arm, maybe she would like to trade.

Kas saw a red blur rush past on the bridge, not terribly uncommon, but it was a face he didn't recognize and we redheads have to stick together. He followed her for a bit, she seemed to be stumbling through Mac Anu. A couple of players started walking next to her, he recognized both the players and the pattern, pks. "Hey babe, you look like you could use some help finding your-" "Ah, there you are. I've been looking all over for you." said Kas, interrupting their pitch.

The pks looked at Kas and recognized him immediately. "Hey, trust us, you don't this guy's a well known pk, player killer. He preys on new players." "The sick prick. He ruins the game and gives us other players a bad reputation. Come on, just ignore him and let's go."

Godfrey raised an eyebrow, these pks were surprisingly clever. He had to give them props for trying to pull this on the new player. He'd see if she saw through it herself, if not then he would just go and wait by the gate for when she logged back in, if she logged back in. Kas shrugged, "I'd say you're both liars, but that wouldn't be very convincing, would it? So all I'll say is we redheads need to stick together." He noticed a lithe looking character coming up on their little party, likely a twin blade. Red heads do draw an awful lot of attention, don't they? He idly thought to himself.

She froze looking at the people standing around her.
"I uhhh...no..thanks...I just want to explore Mac Anu for now..."
She pressed at the buttons again trying to figure out how she made her character move the last time.

Kas shrugged and turned to leave the two pks decided to redouble their efforts. "Aw, come on, the root town isn't going anywhere." Kas sighed and turned back around, "If the two of you are so desperate for company why don't you come with me?" They looked at each other for a moment, "Tch, fine old man." The trio headed to the chaos gate, "So what field?" "Darkness, Shrouded, Holy Ground." "Hallowed ground, perfect since that's what you'll be needing." Kas didn't say anything more until they got to the gate, this field was very special. The monsters were always ten levels higher than the highest leveled person there. Great for training a team, assuming their levels were close.

Kas arrived first and quickly dashed towards a monster gate, he wasn't going to let this fight be too boring. When the pks appeared they swore when they realized what Kas was doing, one pulled out his wavemaster's staff and the other a large broad sword. A heavy blade and a wavemaster, eh? Not a bad combination, but those weapons only have lvl. 2 abilities. The heavy blade charged after Kas, casting ap corv to up his offense as he lumbered forward. Kas leaped to evade the chunk of earth rising up beneath him. He rolled in the air and landed on a windmill, waiting for his adversaries, both human and monster, to catch up and increasing his own offensive abilities in the mean time.

Calamity watched as the group headed towards the gate. They hadn't whispered, so the whole conversation was logged that everyone could see it.

Interesting, he had heard of the area that the three words led to, so the Long Arm was leading them into a trap.

But as tempting as was to to and watch players kill each other, Calamity decided to stick with his original plan, and headed toward the Long Arm (identified as Data in the conversation).

When he finally reached her, he couldn't think of anything worth saying, so he just went with:

Hello, would you like to trade?

She started to panic again. She quickly picked up the game manual and started flipping threw it.

Kas noticed several other players log into the area, a few had high level equipment and they turned around and slew the lower leveled players that had followed them. Looks like these two have some good friends.

Kas snapped his fingers, "GiVak Kruz!" Several small fireballs circled the wavemaster and then crashed down on him. With that Kas leaped down next to the heavy blade and began a furious series of attacks. He continued trading blows, and taking a couple of spells to the face, until a monster came up and took the pk's attention off Kas. He sped over to the wavemaster and after a few GiVak Dooms the wavemaster fell and he quickly moved to press the attack on the heavy blade before he could revive his friend. He took the guy out just in time to take an axe to the back as the higher leveled pks caught up. With that Kas booked it towards the dungeon. He might not be able to take them all in his current state, but he would be able to recover there and, if they followed him, hit them when they were weak. Oh how he missed his spear of Wotan, not that these players had done anything deserving deletion, but he had liked the feel of the weapon.

Mind if I join? If so, I'll just edit this post later. Also, is there any reason for the caps YND or is it just aesthetic? I thought it was supposed to be like Bind(bynd) in beyond, but that could just be me looking into things too hard...haha... 6^_^;

Calamity noticed the sudden silence of the player Data. He decided, maybe he scared her or something. He begin to turn and walk towards the chaos gate, maybe it was better if someone else traded with her.
