Cass finishes his last glass and slams it down, "Is that it?" He sighed and the bar tender gaped in amazement, "Can you stand?" Cass stands up and walks out of the tavern, ignoring him, with his sack on his shoulder.

"I wonder, is there anything of value at the castle?" Cass made his way to the castle calmly, and once he arrived at the gate he held the sack by his side. "I request immediate admittance into this castle!" Cass shouted in a controlled voice.

She sighed and flopped down on the ground. looking up she could see a giant castle. Her face was in awe about how big and beautiful the castle looked.

Maybe...I can find someone there...

She sat up and started heading towards the castle.

Juto: { looks down from the rooftop towards Cass and the entrance to the castle}...what the ahh what ever its the perfect Diversion I need { he jumps the roof top and lands through an open window to the open castle} allright I'm in * though I have a strange feeling i'm being watched* { he looks behind him at D but he realizes noone is there} guess im just paranoid

Solder: { looking ar cass} uhh are you mad?! do u realize what time it is?

Cass ran his left hand through his hair, "No not really, I'm actually a bit drunk." He said in a mocking tone, "But regardless, however late it may be, I'm sure no one in the castle is asleep yet, so they can entertain my request." He reached in his sack and grabbed the sickle's handle, but didn't reveal it yet, he would only use it if absolutely necessary. "Now open the gate or I will force my way in."

D.'s servant informed him of the ruckus Cass was starting at the front gate. While that would be amusing to watch. It doesn't look like this guy's anything special. I'm sure the guards, if they're worth what they're being paid will catch him soon enough. And I've never gotten to see that process myself. Servant, keep me informed of what happens at the gate. It should be amusing. D. stepped off the ledge of the building he was atop and created a portal to the witch, he almost laughed at the wards the barons people had put in place, he'd seen that style of setup so many times it was second nature going through it.

He lowered his cowl as he walked up next to Avent and the witch, his invisibility fading as he drew attention to himself. "It seems he was nothing special after all, I'm sure our host's provisions for such intrusions should be enough to protect his holdings and it should take him far too long to get here to be of any concern for us if they are not. And thank you, for the invitation." His eyes flitted throughout the chamber, taking note of everything and everyone, in particular the most important ingredient((assuming it has made an appearance)). He hoped to add a whole new chapter to his book after this, he might even need to acquire more of his ink considering how long things became when written using a cipher.

She spun around looking behind her, then forward again.
"Hello! anyone here!" She called looking up at the castle entrance gates.

Franca approached the house closest to the castle, noting that people were in front of the gate. It was a mere two feet between where the castle was and the people. She turned to Franco, who merely told her to knock on the door with his mere look. The 'get down to business' look. She knocked on the door two times, waiting for the woman to answer the door.

Juto: ( he makes his way to the library) wow this place is gigantic now where do I even begin to search? ( Czerny glows as juto. Looks at it)

Juto: what.... Czerny?

???: proceed now.... Juto. ( Czerny essentually drags juto over to. An old looking book as juto touches the book a magic circle appears on the wall)

Juto: what a magical seal in the castle ( a path opens up leading to a staircase)

Cass shook his head, "No I will see him now, I'm sick of waiting I have to wait for years, more years than you could ever imagine." He dropped the sickle back into the sack and flung it over. 'The children these days. their patience is unbearable, but it looks like I won't have to kill this one...yet.' Cass stared at the guard and tapped his foot quite impatiently as he looked at his ring. "A King in a castle like this should have at least come across an artifact, right?" He turned around to see if there was anyone behind him.

????: good of you to join us D.. Now then everyones here. ( Dark energy swirls around her arm as it then forms a old and raggy book. With a magical seal on the lock to the book as she throws on glasses and she stands in the center of the giant laboratory). Allright its time to begin ( she creates a giant magical circle. Across the entire labs floor then. Crystals form. Around her. ). Allright its almost time now. ( She begins chanting)

Athos stirred slightly as the ritual began. I truly wish I had finished that analysis spell, still it's better than nothing. D. muttered a brief incantation of his own, faint green magic circles appeared in D.'s eyes, feeding him information on the witch's work. He began furiously writing notes down in a small spell book. It was raw information, not something terribly useful at first, it would take hours of study at a later time for D. to glean much from it, and it would be absolute gibberish to any but himself.

Juto:{ after he reaches the bottom of the stares hes overwhelmed by the power that the witch is emmitting} gah what the what is this......{ he listens in on the conversation} who...who's she


Soldiers: { come up behind Juto as they grab him} My lord it seems we have some sort of spy

Baron: what a spy you say?

Soldiers: { throws Juto to the ground and they take away his sword}

????: { the ritual stops as she glances over at Juto with cold eyes} ohhh I guess we have a candidate for the ritual then I guess I'll use your sould? * this boy I've seen him before}

Juto: { he looks at the witch dead on with determined eyes} Who are you people!?

D. glanced at Juto and turned to the Baron. "It seems I overestimated your men." He looked back at Juto, his analyzing spell now showed him something interesting, something he hadn't seen but rarely. Intriguing. D. stepped forward and crouched in front of the held Juto, staring back at him. "It really doesn't matter who we are, but I am curious. What are you doing with this?" D. pulled Czerny from Juto's pocket and held it in front of his face. He glanced back to see what the witch's reaction was.

A woman who looked as frail as a china doll answered the door, her eyes glaring. "What? What do you want with my castle?" She looked towards Franca, who took note of the bracelet the woman was wearing. An emerald encrusted silver band, much richer than her clothing. That had to be the artifact. What it did would be questionable, but she looked towards Franco for an answer.

Just as she turned around, a hand grasped her arm, tugging her towards the rather 'crazed' woman that she had become. In a matter of seconds the artifact had made the woman slightly stronger, giving her a rather tight grip. She held the woman close, a sharpened sword in her hand. "You're trying to steal it! My Castle!" Franco stepped forward, closing the door to ensure privacy. Franca looked calm, though inside she was a little scared every time this situation happened. He nodded towards Franca, who began to open her mouth.

"I apologize for the intrusion." An innocent, gentle voice spoke from her body. However, each syllable hit the woman hard, her concentration as a strong, beastly warrior failing. She still held onto the sword, her grip on Franca loosening. "I needed to meet such a beautiful and strong woman. One who has chosen to take such charge of her life." The woman dropped Franca, her sword slipping from her grasp slowly. Franca made her way back to Franco, standing beside him.

"Looks like you're pretty weak." He spoke, one of his jewel encrusted gloves patting Franca on the head. "To fall for Franca's Artifact so quickly. You may have heard of it, the Eternal Guide?" He raised one of his custom knives. "You may also know about the Eternal Deception." He spoke, a serious expression on his face. This woman had been abusing her Artifact, that was for sure. He would take it for safe keeping to their employer.

The woman protested, getting up, though her mind was still effected mentally and physically from when Franca spoke. "M-My Castle! It's mine! No one else can have it!" The woman spoke, rushing straight towards the two. Franco raised his throwing knife, tossing it at the woman's heart. She fell back, attempting to dislodge it from her chest. Her body, even in a beserker form, could not completely remove the blade.

"Franca." He spoke, letting the girl walk forward to remove the artifact from the woman's frail wrist.

"Sweet dreams, mad woman." Her voice had a venemous tone, the woman slowly becoming still. When she no longer moved, Franco moved her up to her bed and removed the knife. No one would notice until morning, and by then they would be gone.

Cass walked with the soldiers, looking around at the rooms of the castle. "This castle is really a spectacle, I've never seen one quite like it." He continued talking, mostly to himself until he was led to the king's throne room. "So this is the King's throne room..." As he enter he looked at the grand furniture and commented on the King's good taste. "Now on to business, you're royal highness, I wish to ask thee if you have ever seen an item such as this." He reveals his ring and walks closer to him. "The person who gave me this ring mentioned that it had sisters, and I have been searching for them ever since." He held the sack at his side, and held the sickle's handle from outside the sack. "It's been years since I obtained this ring..."

Juto: Hey give me back Czerny!

????: C-Czerny { her eyes seem almost shocked} * theirs no way*...Whats your name boy?

Juto:...why should I tell an old lady like you..

????: o-old lady?! { she stares him down} allright then next question

Avent: dont you dare ever insult m'lady filthy animal! { holding duel blades up to Juto}

Juto: but { he looks at D} why are you curious about Czerny....DO YOU KNOW SOMETHING!? Please tell me anything

????: { she grabs Jutos arm with the glove on it} D, Avent back away...{ she removes the glove as her expression becomes somewhat shock and sadness as she drops her book and she backs away}...* theirs no way how is this possible its just*

Juto: what you looking at that weird marking on my hand...{ he takes this opportunity to snatch his sword away as he draws the blade and he takes out the 2 soldiers and he snatches his glove back and puts it back on right before he grabs czerny} allright time for answers who are you people and what do you know about czerny?

"What I was just! Uh...." She stummbled threw every word trying to make up a good excuse to tell the soldiers.

Cass glared deadly serious at the King, "I have of fear of death. I am ready to meet my Maker. Whether my Maker is prepared for the ordeal of meeting me is another matter. and I will acquire what I want, even if the application of force becomes necessary." Has removed his sickle and slit open the soldiers' throats, then closed the door to the King's throne room. "Have you seen an item like this? Or do I have to kill a useless king? After all, everyone is replaceable, even a king." He cleaned the sickle off on his sleeve and examined the blade. "I'm truly sorry to have you in this situation." Cass placed himself between the King and the door. “You have a choice. Live or die. Every breath is a choice. Every minute is a choice. To be or not to be.”

The witch's reaction to Juto took him by surprise more than anything. She seemed...sad.

D. simply stood up, motioned with his hands and both the witch's book and a chair flew over. He sat in the chair with the book in his lap, no sense risking damage to such a precious font of knowledge.

"Perhaps we know everything about Czerny, as you call it, perhaps we know nothing more than it is a valuable jewel. To be perfectly honest, you're not doing anything to help your quest for knowledge right now. I'm sure you've guessed that I am a mage, if not from the eyes then from what I just did. So you know, I could simply turn you to ash and be on my way with that bauble you are so interested in. But I care not for unnecessarily wasting energy, so let us have a civilized conversation, or if you truly wish to make me waste a little energy we could fight, I kill you, I take the jewel, and I go back to what I was doing before." D. figured he could probably kill this man, artifact or no artifact, but why risk it? Plus he might learn something interesting from him.

????:{ turns around and faces d her back to juto} soo child it seems you want answers on what Czerny is? well heres the Artifact czerny if an artifact a item with great power but I'd love to stay and chat but it appears the king is a little agitated...you see Baron I dont just research information to create more Artifacts and the gate infact I've turned your king into a demon...

King: { his arm grabs the sickle and he throws cass flying into the wall} The witch gave me power sooo that I may be the ultimate king with the ultimate power to lead my people and noone not even some Artifact hunting kid like you will destroy me! { his hands become claws as he sprouts horns and scales form on his body along with a tail as he then grabs cass and throws him through the floor leading to the laboratory}

Juto: WOAH! WHAT THE HELL?

????: { opens a portal} Avent,D its time to leave I allready got enough information that I need the king gladly filled me in earlier { laughs as she walks through} have fun little boy { refering to Juto}

King: { looks at cass then to Juto and to the soldiers} d-d- DIE!!! { rushes the group}

Juto: { he readies his blade as he takes czerny} CZERNY grant your power to my blade! { Czerny combines with his sword chaning the shape of it into a cross sword... a sword shaped like a cross with the hilt in the center and the red gem is glowing and jutos right arm changes into a demons arm}

SOldier: what was that! { he points towards kite} your coming with us { drags kite inside the castle as they see the giant hole in the floor what the { he looks down it} ohh I'm not going there
