i have them but don't wear.. prefer contacts. but without either im blind. got like a -6 or something perscription.

Anyways, i wear glasses, and without them i'm practically BLIND. My lenses degree (or whatever you call it) it's at 4.0 or so...if i take them off right now, i DEFINETLY can't see what i'm typing, i just see blur i can't identify at all (though i can somewhat understand the big "A simple question"...somewhat, mostly because i already know it says that X_X), and i'm standing quite close to the laptop screen. It's not like objects suddenly disappear or anything, and i won't definetly run into a wall while not wearing them...but just don't make me read anything or identify anything smaller than the size of my hand and/or 5 feets away from me. Else i'll just tell you it's a "random colorful cloud" D8

Without my glasses, anything farther than 4cm of my eyes is blur, and without them I can't even see the "A simple question" giant letter there, even though I already know what's written there.

Lucky Star went a bit over the top with it too. They combined the Glasses fetish with big boobs, ultra long hair, and slight helplessness. There really isn't more they could add without delving into kinky stuff.
