Anyone here watching the new Golgo 13 series? It's quite excellent. 8)

How do I explain this: he a bad ass fictional assassin who can do the impossible. Also no one knows his age or birthplace.

Basically if you want the impossible done, you hire Golgo 13

I'm surprised nobody knows about it, he's been in the U.S. since 1992 (The Professional: Golgo 13, which was released by Streamline.)

I got one word for this: Meh.

Golgo is a hired hitman who makes impossible shots with an M16 with a dotted scope. He's been doing it for thirty years. And the fact that nobodies knows his age or origin or name just "adds" to his "badassery".

Maybe in the seventies he was cool, but nowadays when nearly every character has "background" like him, it just makes him a good shot, and lets face, every anime/manga character is a good shot.

Props for trying to be realistic about everything.
