Highest Combo

My highest combo was 802. First time I did it too! I bet a lot of people can do better than me though... At least I won the contest between me and my friend. He only got 234. Oh, we were using the dual guns too.

wow i maxed out early i had my weakest weapon against a haseo doppleganger i did like 3 damage and it took me about 6 minutes so im not as fast but i did make it early (my weapon is in my signature i ELF'ed my file so thats basically it lol)

yeah i've gotten 999 a few times before as well. I think my first time was against one of the seal monsters at HF Sacrament.

I got mine while I was battling a boss on a regular area. I messed up when I used some arts though......

i hate when that happens because once you use it you lose your combo and everything is ruined

Mine is 999 too. It was a Normal Enemy too not a Doppelganger or One of the Seal monsters I used go to field and fight Monsters Untill 1 is still appearing. After that Go Away Then Start Fun. You'll damage 1 Since you're too far from it.

By Scythe I used to come it up ( As I remember ) It's 100 or around that by my Rapped Attack Scythe.

Twin Blade None. [ Since in every completing game Rebirth / Remin. / Remdemption I hate to Use twin blade. ]

Broad [ Edge Punisher ] I used to bring 150~170 Beast Awakening Just Tap the X button then hold the O button to guard. on a Doppelganger.

Although mine IS 999, I by FAR prefer to just play defensively and use my skills for counterattacks. Getting fewer hits means you get the favorite action for characters who like combos, as it activates at 16 hits and only 16 hits, so therefore using the skill trigger resets the combo count and thus makes for a lot more rengeki action.

When solo, however, juggling with the DGs IS kind of the best strategy, even if it is cheap.

...Yeah, it's not really hard to get a 999-hit combo if you just spam dual guns like hell... this isn't a Tales game after all.

I actually didn't use Dual Guns to get my 999 combo (lol...he would've juggled me to 9999 hits XD), i used pretty much every weapon while he was charmed or something. And i used several skills and attacks, but never a Rengeki...i used attacks directly from the Skill menu just because; actually, i do that several times throughout the game. It's just neat :P
