Man, that place has become a wreck. Hentai pics, massive spam posts and threads, no mods or admins enforcing the rules at all...It's complete anarchy over there.

WHERE!?!Hentai pics
I mean...uhh....Well, um, congrats? I know those forums but have never really been a member of them, all i know is that ZED posts in there every once and they still had the Vol. 2 banner on top for like months after the release of Vol. 3 in America. I've seen other .Hack forums though...and well, not to offend anyone, but the dumbest members in here in regards of .Hack knowledge are the smartest in those places 'XD

Well, if I can recall, all the mods and admins had retired at least a month ago, so there's seriously NO ONE there to enforce things. They have rules but no one to enforce them, and we all know the little recipe of anarchy:TheSorrow wrote:...Don't tell me that's really one of the admins over there...d5t wrote:I present you the slime that's doing it: http://dothackers.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=17007
Rules - People to enforce them = Anarchy
It's almost certain people from there will move over to here, though. Congrats D5t. More members for you.^^
Although...It's actually quite sad seeing it go to waste like that. Amazing what one person can do to a site. >3>

Let's just hope that it's the nice members than end up moving here, not the members who have caused all the chaos, becoming bored of that site and trying to do the very same here, or simply act silly and stupid for no reason except boredom and wanting attention D:

How about "Dothackers, we have the name for a reason... because they didn't earn it."Insydius wrote:This will be our new motto, "Don't try out all those other dothack sites, try out dothackers! It tastes' better!"

Try years; they still have the volume 2 banner up. I assessed CC2 and Bamco as lazy in my thoughts on how they programmed .hack games, and that banner's like the cherry on top.TheSorrow wrote:they still had the Vol. 2 banner on top for like months after the release of Vol. 3 in America.
I've never seen an admin over there TBH, it was always the volunteer mod staff, and AFAIK, there were only two left. I guess now there's zero? Where was this posted?

Damn, it looks like an abandoned forum...no, it IS an abandoned forum D: Everything's full of spam and ignorance, with the only "apparently smart" members acting like little kiddies wanting to solve things but giving up and just making bad posts...it feels like walking in the ruins of some destroyed city, and actually, some ruins look very nice in comparison.

Both Leon and Ichida resigned their positons, Viscosity hasn't been active in months, and the others...Never really got started. =/Master ZED wrote:Try years; they still have the volume 2 banner up. While i did, we're most likely thinking of different things right now on this subject :P I meant that other forums who have "died" have looked alot better than that one...i used to be in a forum that was pretty much deleted, but you can find some "remains" somewhere around the internet, and you can still see how awesome and enjoyable the site was, and while the members and the staff weren't really smart, you just had a great time browsing in such forums. Completely the opposite from those .Hack forums, that it's destroyed and vandalized to no end, and there's still a war to see who takes over the remains.I'm guessing you enjoyed those. XD
And there wasn't anything shocking, other than the stupid drama. It's not like it's 4chan or anything, it's simply a forum that went too dirty and unchecked :P
And also, i just checked today that most of the current activeness over there is focused on RP's. Not like it's bad, since more than half of the activeness on here it's also RP's....but, seriously wtf. Sure, the RP's in here can go overboard in both "quality" and "quantity", but still....there's only one forum i've seen so far that has a worse RPing than it exists over there, and it was a Twilight forum.
