(This is my own original story, based on the story of DISSIDIA FINAL FANTASY. As such, some things described in this RP will be borrowed from there. I hope that I get some other FF buffs in here with me! Extensive knowledge of DISSIDIA and it's story are not needed, but they'll help a bit.)

Plot
----
Long ago, before the end of the ancient war, there were many warriors that protected Cosmos. From many walks of life they came, from many universes, each with their own ideals and abilities. In the end, as is known, Cosmos' warriors fell to the forces of Chaos, the god of discord, one by one until only ten remained. The story of these other warriors was forgotten, lost in the annals of time. But now it has been found, and their tale can now finally be told....

Notable abilities: he an move incredibly fast that if he moves fast enough it seems like he just dissapears of teleports and he's great with a sword and has some black magic like abbilities his attacks are essentialy like squalls from the game he deals mostly with chaining amazing combos
Burst Ability: Crimson moon: { his sword morphs into a death scythe as wings sprout from his back and he entraps his enemy into a circle of deadly percise slashes

Personality: he's normally nice calm and abit of a clutz hes kinda out there and he enjoys star gazing above all else but when he fights its as if hes somesort of god swordsman but not really god but hes amazing and hes the bets theif their is

when in ex mode black wings sprout from his back as his blade gets a ominous black glow around it as his other arm is surrounded in azure flames and his attacks seem to be more precise and skilled then in his usual form

'Notable abilities' being anything your character can do that could be considered special. The Burst is just the most powerful skill your character has. If you want, I can post one of my characters as an example.

Bio/Background: a accoplished swordsman liken kakeru but he serves the lord chaos with no real int5entions on ultimate destruxtion except he wants to defeat kakeru and become the strongest sword weilder in the world and he'll never turn down a challenge and he never listens to his comrades if they tell him to do something against his beliefs hes by far the strangest on the chaoses side and will fight his own allies if they tick him off
Notable abilities (nothing broken please!): accomplished swordsman and he can manipulate lifghtning to his will and like kakeru his atttacks are combo based and he can use a relentless chain of combos
Burst Ability: lightning blade: { he rapidly slashes his enemy with lightning and he utilizes the hilt and blade and then unleashes a mighty wave of lightning}

Personality: daring, quiet, calm, feirce ruthless and different

Notable abilities: He has incredible agility, he can run and walk across rooftops and can escape any close encounters.
Burst Ability: His 2 swords morph together with the dark energy inside of him and form a deep black double-edged sword.

Personality: He is mainly a hothead, he's a good actor and normally works either as a hitman or just plainly mugging people for cash.

Bio/Background: Born of similar circumstances to those of Sephiroth, he bears a similar black wing on the opposite shoulder. An enigma, his true goal is to 'protect the planet', by any means necessary. He believes himself to be the 'true hero' of the world, and because of that, he also has been known to attack other 'heroes'. It is due to this unpredictability that during the course of all the wars between Cosmos and Chaos, he has been passed around from one side to the other, just as Jecht and Golbez have. If on the side of Cosmos, he would occasionally attack his own allies if they got in his way, and on the side of Chaos, his virtues would often cause a rift between him and the other members of Chaos' forces.

Ground: Scintilla, Fira, Spiral Blade
Aerial: Spiral Blade, Fira Rain, Octaslash
Ex-Mode: "Gift of the Gods", Gathers fire energy around his blade, as runes activate along it's length, his wing appears upon his back.
Burst Ability (strongest power, which should be used sparingly):
Ex-Burst: "Hero's Flame", Fires off multiple large fireballs that engulf the enemy in flames. As the attack finishes, Genesis flies up to them, a large amount of fire gathered in his hand. Putting his palm in the enemy's face, the fire explodes.
Appearance:
Personality: Strong willed and poetic, most of what he says can be tied back to the epic poem 'Loveless', a copy of which he carries in his back pocket, and is often found reading from in his spare time.
Additional Notes : The weapon he wields is a mix of a rapier and a regular sword. The blade is the same width as the standard issue sword with a red tint about it. When he enters EX-mode, the runes on the blade's edge activate as his hand runs along them, lighting up before the blade becomes engulfed in flames. The hilt however, is modeled and shaped like a rapier's hilt, and he wields the weapon with the same grace and speed as though it were a normal rapier.

((Alright, it's my birthday, and I'm starting this thing. Well, by the time I finish this, it won't be my birthday anymore, but even so....))

"Where am I?"

That was the man's first thought as he awoke, looking all around him. He recognized nothing around him. Nothing at all was familiar.

The landscape was rocky, white all around. Oddly bright, though the sky seemed dingy and overcast. The land seemed to hold a serene calmness about it that he could not explain or describe with words. He could feel moisture on his skin, and could smell the iron in water that was close by.

He looked around, noticing a little girl not five feet from where he sat. She wasn't moving, and looked to be asleep, as he seemed to have been. This was.... his sister, he remembered, though his memories seemed a bit fuzzy. Picking himself up, and then picking her up, he toed the rocky edge of the plateau he stood on and without so much as a thought, he jumped....

Cliff-diving, sort of. It was something he did all the time at home. The brilliant rush of one's self speeding toward the ground, moving at a speed that a normal human could not stand to control. Yes, though he looked human, he was not. He wasn't sure why he didn't remember everything about himself. And he wasn't sure why he was in this place, though he couldn't shake the feeling that he was meant to be here, somehow....

Having expert control over himself in the air, the man twisted his body artfully in midair, right before he hit the ground. Anti-climatically, he landed lightly on his feet.

The girl in his arms, no more than seven or eight, did not even stir. He looked down at her fondly.

Though he remembered little at the moment, he was sure that would change. He didn't even know his name right now. Detail was hazy. His senses seemed the same. His memories.... well, just that simple thought made his head hurt.

Having no direction to truly go, he moved only forward through the wet ground, toward what looked like a small seat of some kind. Though his senses were seemingly dulled at the moment, his were still greater than that of a normal human's. And unless he was horribly mistaken, he could swear he saw something shimmering in the distance....

((The game begins, good people! It is advised that the heroes all move first. Then the villains can start posting.))

Her Father worked for the Shinra cop. as a Robot reasurcher, Her mother apparantly left at a younge age, so it has only been herself and her father at the cottage,Metrau wants to prove her self somehow, she always seems to get her self caught up in magjor trubble with monsters in teh wild and in her home town.
Metraus best friends are Gen and Miko they are older than her by 2 years but they work also for teh shinra corp as soldier 3rd class.
Metrau likes poetry, in her past time she likes to wright short poems hoping one day she could become famous....

Personality:Metrau can appare childish at first, but when you get to know her she really is teh friendlest person you will know, she can be hyperative soemtimes to when she eats dumbapples (can be a sceary expirience) She knows every soldier members name in Shinra but she is completely obessed with Genesis, she wrights to him almost every week but never seems to get a message back, this made metrau kinda possesive towards things at times.

she always manages to turn a frown upside down when needed.

while running like an insane person in the woods metrau held on to her bag for dear life while running away from a monster. she hid her self inbetween two bushes thinking that she was safe she put the bag down and kept a low profile while the beast was looking for her, "Oh god someone help me this is nuts"the monster managed to track her down and leeped into the air to attack her, metrau grabbed her bag and ran as fast as she could only moments later she fell into a large lake.

it took a phew moments for metrau to get up from the water, being thankfull taht she was still alive she managed to pick up the mako stone that fell out of her bag,"at least I still have this"Metrau froze for a moment as she felt warm breath on her back it made the hairs on her neck stand on end,"Holy crud" The monster gave a loud roar and he held his claw in mid air getting ready to attach Metrau so he could get his mako stone back, "LEAVE ME ALONE" she shouted the monsters eyes were focoused on her bag, metrau was in a tight spot now if only she had been more careful but who would save her now?.

Kakeru: { walking around and he ends up in a different area} damit whats with the geography of this place { he keeps walking} man I want to go home! { he stops in a forest like area nearby the lake and he sits under it} *sigh* { he looks around the area he sees the monster} what the hell!? { he starts running and his sword appears and the blade is a crytal clear blue color and the hilt is like a kattanas hilt} rah! { he attacks the monster}

Metrau looked up to see that someone did come to save her after all "what the?" She looked up to see a man had held off the monsters attacks with one hit, "Meh hes not as impressive as Genesis" Metrau sighed and steped away from the fight to let the othe rguy handle the beast.

Kakeru: help { after a minute the beast is just sitting ontop of him} get off ME! { he throws the monster off him} okay im PISSED! { he counters a strike from the monster knocking it on one foot} ur annoying go back to sleep { and black feathers fall from behind his cloak as he dashes past the beast and it falls and the sword dissapears and he looks back} u okay if u are then hey wait.................... a person { he runs up to her} hey do u know where this is u see im lost kinda

"You have got to be kidding me..."Metrau sighed and looked down at her shoes then looked back up at the stranger, "Well its obvious where we are...where...umm" Metrau lookes around the area and her jaw falls down
"well umm I have no idea where this is either how is that possible?"She looked at the guy that rescued her and gleard at him.
"Who are you anyways?!"

Kakeru: me well im kakeru shikimori and im * well i cant tell her im te greatest theif in the world who stole from large orginizations and museums around the world but uhhh* Im a merchant yeahh thats it a merchant where i come from i sell abunch of stuff around the city ( revering to the city from FF7) but u dont know where we are either huh? *sigh* man i thought i caught a break
