"Hey Seth," Hibana called before returning her attention to Zero. After all the stress and extreme fighting she had witnessed him go through during the past twenty four hours, it was shocking that he only had a headache in her opinion, but even so, she mentally made a note to keep checking on him with this headache. Afterall, what can feel like a headache one moment can turn into an undiagnosed brain hemorrhage, or something else similar to it, later on.

"Well, I can give you some asprin or something if it's just like a normal headache, but if you think it's hurting a little more than that, I'd like to have another doctor look into it before we give you anything for it. As for the clothes, though, I have no idea."

"Oh! I can help a little bit," Aiko chirped in, obviouslly glad that she could help in the small 'mystery.' "They were in here a little bit after he was layed down. Maybe an hour or so. I didn't see who left them, though."

"It was left for you to change into." Franca had entered the room, pushing away Seth as if he were nothing. "I do not know who, but it might have been a doctor." Her body turned around while walking to leave the room. She merely mumbled something incoherently and made her way back to the office.

"Ow, **** must not have know i had sunburn." Seth rips some of his bandages off Arte rolls her eyes "no i think she Just doesn't like you." "Why the hell not I'm a nice person!" "Maybe she doesn't like the fact that you're a demon who lives in peace with humans." Seth covers his right eye with his hand "I hate people who can't except it. It's just not fair to me." Seth turns to Zero "So about that uniform, why didn't I get one?"

Zero: I dont know why you didnt get one I didnt even know why I got one go ask someone or something ahhhhhhhhhh ow my head its pretty bad { images flash through his head then stop} AAHHH OW OW OW what was this other doctor you mentioned hibana my heads killingn me and aiko good job with out you I wouldnt off been able to solve the mystery of this uniform thing

The fact that Zero was still complaining about his headache, and especially the fact that he was saying it was getting worse, worried Hibana further. "Perhaps you should get a quick CAT Scan, Zero. I wouldn't be suprised if you happened to obtain a light concussion or something similar after everything that occured yesterday. I can do the scan myself, if you'd like, and if I can find her, perhaps Doctor Echison can assist me with it, since she is your other primary doctor."

Aiko was glad that Zero had praised her again, but when she heard Hibana begin using longer, medical terms after hearing of Zero's headache, she too begin to worry. "Is big brother gonna be okay, Hibi?" Hibana pulled the corners of her lips up into a smile again and nodded to the little girl, replying, "He'll be just fine, Aiko. I just want to do one more small test to make sure he didn't get a bruise inside his head, though."

Now that she had explained it a little, Aiko nodded too and cuddled her stuffed animal, leaning over against Zero's arm as she did so. "Okay. As long as you promise."

"I promise, Aiko," Hibana said calmly, turning her attention back toward Zero. "So, can we do the test, Zero?"

Zero: well your the doctor if you think getting dr. echison is best its up to you either way lets get this uhhhh... cat? scan over with { he holds his head and he looks down for a second}

Voice: that last fight was merely a test to see if you truely can succed in controling the powers of a demon sayer thats not it boy theres one last tet if you can manifest my sould and use it while your fightning against the demons I'll check back after youve made progress but theres no way you can take on that winges dempn as you now

Zero: AHHHH AHH OW! { he looks back up and then looks at aiko} haaaaaaaaa foolled ya I'm not that bad but maybe the cat scan would be a good idea

Aiko nodded and turned to look at Hibana, asking, "How long should that take, Hibi?" Hibana, knowing that Zero was probably trying to underplay it for Aiko's sake, played along. "Not too long. Maybe thirty minutes or so. I have a good idea, though. While I take Zero and give him this last, small test, why don't you take your new stuffed animal and go and play with Ai in my room? You can tell her all about today and maybe she can get you some snacks too."

A bright smile crossed Aiko's lips and she was very obviouslly into that idea. "Okay, I guess I can do that. Be careful, though, and if big brother is hurt, please make him better, Hibi."

"That's what I'm here for, Aiko. Now, run down the hall and give Ai this note for me, please," Hibana said, scribbling out a short note that explained the circumstance and handing it to the little girl. "Okay. Later, big brother. Get better before you come back if you are hurt, or else I'll be worried even longer, okay?" she called as she slipped off the bed, waving at the small group before taking off down the hall.

Zero: allright well lets get going allready we shouldnt keep aiko waiting for awhile

Reiko: I've been listening in on the conversation allright well lets get going we can get it done aster if their are 2 doctors working at the same time ehhh hibana?

Zero: you shouldnt ease drop dr echison

Reiko: hey I'm one of your doctors 2 so technically speaking I kinda do

"Having Doctor Echison helping me watch the scanned images actually will speed this up a little bit, Zero." She began to mention the fact that, to her knowledge, he had never undergone a CAT Scan while conscious, but she didn't want to freak him out before they could even start the scanning process, so she bit her tounge and continued talking.

After pushing the chair back over to the desk, Hibana stood and walked over to the door, checking to make sure Aiko was in the lobby already. She caught a brief flick of hair over the countertop of the desks at the end, followed by Ai walking the way toward Hibana's room. Thanks, Ai. I owe you another one, she thought to herself.

Turning back to Zero and Reiko, she lifted her left hand and pointed down the hallway opposite of the way Aiko had gone. "Anyway, as you said, let's not keep Aiko waiting too long. If you'll follow Doctor Echison and myself down this hall, Zero, we'll take you into the room and get you settled down for the scan."

Zero: hmm okay then { he walks with them}

Dr. echison: wow your surprisingly cooperative

Zero: yea so I wann get this head ache better but I'm confused your both coworkers right then why doeshibana refer to you as dr echison while you call her hibana hmmm

dr echison: aHHHHHH! UHHHH UHHHH WELLL UHHHH YOU SEE ITS BECAUSE { she motions to hibana} hey help me out here

Catching Reiko's desprite glance, Hibana quickly came up with an answer for Zero's question and replied, "It's because she's been here longer than I have, and as such, it's only polite for me to address her by title, kind of like martial artists address the ones who have practiced longer with their proper authoritive title."

Deciding to change the topic for Reiko's sake, she chose the headache as a new topic and began explaining to Zero what kind of treatment they could offer if it was a concussion. "As for your headache, if we find what I suspect we will, we can give you something to help ease the pain a little, but you'll also need to rest up some more. I'll keep Aiko occupied while you sleep, if it's nessicary, so don't worry about her. She'll probably fall asleep soon herself, though, since she didn't sleep much at all when we got back." Hibana hadn't either, in all honesty, but she was used to it by now, so it didn't affect her quite as hard.

Zero: ohh I guess that makes sense when you think about it

reiko: phew thanks hibana

Zero: but hibana I know your a doctor and all but I can tell you havent slept much its in the way you talk you sound tired I dont want you looking after me if its making you sleep depricved I should be fine dont worry after the cat scan go take a nap I probably wont be able to get back to sleep afterwards anyway

When she noticed that Zero wasn't looking directly at her, Hibana tilted her head up and down slightly, telling Reiko silently that she was welcome. Zero catching on to her lack of sleep, however, shocked her. She hadn't been acting tired, so what had gave it away, she wondered. "I'm fine, Zero. Don't worry about me. I'll be fine for another..." She quickly glanced over at a clock mounted inside a empty patient room and calculated an exact number before finishing her sentence. "Eight or so hours, give or take a few minutes. It's only when I get to where I haven't slept any in the past fifty plus hours that I start showing it."

"Besides, for now, making sure you're fine and Aiko is taken care of while you rest is my main priority. Ai can help me with Aiko should I need it, and as for you, when we finish, I can give you a light sleep aid to help you rest up. Afterall, if it is a concussion that's causing your headache, sleep is really the only cure."

They reached the room and Hibana opened the door, moving so she could hold it open for them while flipping the lightswitch on with her free hand. "Here we are. Dr. Echison, if you can go ahead and get the machine started, I'll brief Zero on what we'll need him to do while we're watching the scans. Unless you'd rather tell him, of course.."

Reiko: no I think you got it I'l set up the machine { she walks into the other room to start up the machine}

Zero: { he looks at the machine} huh? so hows this thing suppose to help my head ache it looks really painful I change my mind I dont want to do this

Hibana reached up and covered her mouth as if she were coughing to hide the small giggle that arose at his quick change of heart. He fought a group of demons only yesterday and a CAT Scan machine scares him? she thought, making it harder for her to contain her laughter.

When she found she was able to speak without laughing, she looked back to Zero and smiled reassuringly, letting her hand fall back to her side again. "It's really not as bad as it looks, Zero. It doesn't even touch you, I promise. Just follow me in and I'll demonstrate how you'll need to lay, but basically all you need to do is lay still and let us do the rest. You can even close your eyes if you want to. You can do that, can't you?"

Zero: uhhhhhh-uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh areb you sure or are you just going too lye to me sigh { he lies down where hes suppose too and he shuts his eyes} allright lets go come on the faster this is over the better

Reiko: jeez hes the biggest wuzz he can fight of a army of demons but hes afraid of the simplest thing phh hahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!! wow I guess hes still the same as I rerember

"Just make sure you stay still, okay, Zero? It's essential for you to stay still, or it'll only take longer for us to get the scans we need." After adjusting the remaining details, she set the machine and begin to walk over to the near by door, where her and Reiko would be monitering the scans. "Oh!" Stopping, she turned and looked at Zero, calling back, "We'll be on a PA system as well, so if you start feeling claustrophobic or uncomfortable, you can just say so and we'll stop for a few moments."

With everything said and him waiting, she turned and followed Reiko inside the room, switching the machine into action as soon as she sat down. She pushed the small button for the PA system and began talking to him again, guiding him through all the actions the machine was taking as it was going throught them. "Now you're being pulled into the scanner part, but don't think about it, alright? You'll see a few lines of light go over your face in just a moment, but that's the scanner sending pictures to us, so again, just stay calm and still."

Immediately, images began appearing on their moniter. Nothing suspicious appeared at first, but then again, that's why they looked over multiple scans. Hibana's eyes were glued to the screen, looking for any abnormality, but still, none came to her attention.

"Do you see any sign of bruising, Reiko?" she asked quietly moments later after making sure that her hand was far away from the speaker system.

Zero: heh well this isnt so bad

Reiko: { she looks at the monitor} I dont see any abnormal bruising but thaat gets me thinking I dont know if you familiar with any of the previous demon slayer their have been multipe cases of massive headaches the cause has allways been unknown but as far as anyone can tell Zeros and aexception he wasent a artificialy created demon slayer from what I can tell according to the staff hes been one his entire life since hes was child he just never awakened to his abilities I'm sorry I must be rambling but seeing as how theirs no bruising i guess its just a symptom cause hes tired whats you oppion

Zero: { he opens one eyes} HEY!

Hibana sighed and glanced away from the screen finally, looking over at Reiko instead while she considered Reiko's suggestion. "That very well could be it, I guess. He's been under a lot of stress, I bet, what with having finally awakened from his long coma and then jumping into fighting like he has. Plus, yesterday, he took on a group of demons with only Seth helping him, but he was simply...He was unstopable, Reiko....I'd never seen anything like it before.."

Zero's call caused her to jump faintly and brought her attention back to the glass seperating the room Zero was in and the one Reiko and her were in. She slid her hand up and pushed the button with two fingers, calmly asking, "Is something wrong, Zero?"

Zero: well nothing really but are we done yet I mean nothing s happening anymore

Reiko: hmmmmmmm yeah I think were done hibana will help help you get back to your room I have to go to the hospital library and heck something out hibana I can explain things much more clearly later just stop by my office ater when you get the chance I'm usuallly allways there { she walks out of the room and down the hall}


Zero: ............................ hmmmmm????
