Halo ODST

Post by azureeagle »

With summer nearing, do you think that Halo ODST will live up to the expectations set by its predecessors?

Personally I think the story will tell more about the flood and such. But hey if it helps you get recon, I don't care.

I think it is going to tell more about the covenant in the parts where master chief wasn't there but the recon is a nice bonus but I don't really like the way it looks.

I sense a really strong case of De ja vu in this, but IMO it's going to act like a filler for the Halo saga. It'll possibly shed some light on a few things that weren't neccesarily explained thoroughly.

I'm really hoping there's going to be a lot of stealth element to this one, because ODST's don't have shields. I also wanna see more city based maps where you can actually go through ruined office buildings and snipe, maybe lay down some mines to cover your rear. And VERY destructible environments. But I'm not talking paper thin walls like RED FACTION, I mean realistically destructible, as in a bullet doesn't go through a wall, but a missile takes one out!
