That's fake, I don't remember if it came from 2chan or 4chan but it popped right after the last episode. I have that gif ever since then, I use it every once in a while to give false hope to people =Dfepkk wrote:I don't know if this is true but they are saying that this:

Which part of it is fake? Did they shoop the face of the driver, or what?FallenDragon wrote:That's fake, I don't remember if it came from 2chan or 4chan but it popped right after the last episode. From what I can remember, they never show the face of the driver complete, just a little part and the scene changes to CC.AuraTwilight wrote:Which part of it is fake? Did they shoop the face of the driver, or what?
It's been months since I've seen it so my memory is a little vague.

You are right, they don't show the face of the driver completely. However, I keep wondering how they did this fake gif. It is really impressive.FallenDragon wrote:From what I can remember, they never show the face of the driver complete, just a little part and the scene changes to CC.AuraTwilight wrote:Which part of it is fake? Well, even if Lelouch won't be in the series I look foward to it.
I'm hoping that R3, or whatever it would be called would focus on Suzaku and everyone else in the series that are still alive. Maybe, if they make more Code Geass anime, they'll make something for us Nightmare Of Nunnally fans, that would be awesome.

Re: Would you like a Code Geass: Lelouch Of The Rebellion R3?
Ugh, I tried avoiding this topic since I haven't finished R2 yet. I wanted to watch it all in english, but Adult Swim has failed me again and forgot to keep ahead on their dubbing, so they started R2 over again.
I'm skipping ahead and I just finished episode 22 R2, and so far the ending of this series is really starting to bug me. I already know the big finish, but for this to lead to it is just bothersome.
If I were in his position I would've Disbanded my nation at the ashford UFN conference and killed myself after making sweet, sweet love to C.C. and killing her!
EDIT: Okay nevermind, that ending was better, though almost the same as what I would've done. Except for him not getting it on with C.C., but I guess they had to keep it appropriate for most viewers anyway (minus Kallen's nude scenes and Nina's little moment with a table and magazine with Euphy's pic in it...)But damn, he didn't exactly make it a better place for his sister now did he?

lol, that's cruel. Some people still believe he's the driver. I accepted the fact, that's hes dead, but he should have got it on with C.C. So many missed opportunities and even if they did a season three, it just wouldn't be interesting, when the story revolved around Lelouch so much. Time to move on to another anime series.

Re: Would you like a Code Geass: Lelouch Of The Rebellion R3?
Agreed. I wouldn't mind seeing more about that and we'd get more explanations about all Geass subjects, though hopefully they'll leave Code Geass alone and let it rest.crimsonxking wrote:Honestly, though. I say Code Geass is over and anymore is just not needed. I'll accept a show with new characters and plot, especially if it deals more with the nature of Geass and Codes, but I'd rather it end where it ended.
Don't get me wrong, Code Geass was great and all, but I think we got enough with 2 seasons, and with the ending there's not much of a plot with the rest of the characters, and even if there was something I don't think it'd be as interesting as Code Geass was, at least personally that's what I think.
But fun, nonetheless. <3zerokoolpsx wrote:lol, that's cruel.

Although I agree that there shouldn't be a R3 season, I do belive that Lelouch is alive. I mean, it is not a matter of accepting his death or not, but it is just the fact that the anime ends in a ambiguous way so that you believe what you want. What's more, there are some non-canon stories that the authors could explore.zerokoolpsx wrote:lol, that's cruel. Some people still believe he's the driver. Like the Nightmare of Nunnally sidestory? Where Lelouch's geass manifested differently, giving him a super suit that basically turns him into a super nightmare?fepkk wrote:Although I agree that there shouldn't be a R3 season, I do belive that Lelouch is alive. Well, yeah. There is also the canon story Suzaku of the counterattack.Erranty wrote:Like the Nightmare of Nunnally sidestory? Nonononononononono.
Oh and did I mention No?
Rushed or not, the ending of R2 did an excellent job ending two seasons worth of high-quality subtle character development and also served as an excellent climax of the story.
If that was the case, I'd gladly kill whomever was to blame...Because that ending is best left the way it is.
We wouldn't want to have a great series have its great ending ruined by fanboys craving moar, would we?

Re: Would you like a Code Geass: Lelouch Of The Rebellion R3?
Sorry for the thread ressurection...
I just finished R2 today for the first time, and I was very happy with the way it ended. Even though I'm a huge fan of the series, I don't think that the series should be continued.
Lelouch's makes the ultimate sacrifice for the sake of the whole world, and the fact that those close to him knew that he was good made me happy. I hated that he made everyone think he was evil. I dunno why, but it bugged me.
As for continuing the series, as everyone has said, where would they go? What plot is left? Besides things about Geass and the Codes, everything was wrapped up nicely. I don't think they could continue it successfully, whether or not Lelouch is still alive.
I do have a few questions. Why does C.C. lose her memories after the event at the Order HQ? And if I remember correctly, I think her Code disappears after she loses her memory. Does it come back?
If they are going to continue the series, they should make it from another character's POV. Or they should have an OVA. I hope they do.
EDIT: As for the cart driver at the end being Lelouch, I kinda wish it was, since I like the character so much, but as stated before it would make the ending meaningless. I'm not sure whether or not that clip is fake, but because you can see his mouth through cloth that isn't touching his face, I think it is.

Re: Would you like a Code Geass: Lelouch Of The Rebellion R3?
CC suppressed her own memories so that her main personality could go into her own subconsciousness to try and figure out why she decided to save Lelouch and stop Charles' plan. Brooding over it, It was Marianne who convinced her that the answer was waiting for her outside, which it was. When Lelouch showed that he cared in the second-to-last episode, CC realized that Lelouch allowed her to start living again. Lelouch brought meaning and joy to her life, which remains with her even after his death. As for her Code, it didn't disappear, she only suppressed it so it wouldn't be detected. It remanifests once she returns to normal.I do have a few questions. Why does C.C. lose her memories after the event at the Order HQ? I agree completely. The anime wouldn't have as much meaning to it if it didn't end the way that it did. A third season would just make it suck. In my opinion those who feel the need to say that Lelouch didn't die need to stop watching dragon ball, one piece, bleach and naruto and get into some real anime.Akuta wrote:Nonononononononono.
