ive never read the manga so i voted anime even though what like most of you say i think i should have waited and voted manga after i read it.
pink floyd is awesome....my name is their album "The Wall". you should get it its freakin amazing.

Hands down the manga is much better. The anime is just something they made and then decided to change the story halfway in...

Sorry, but I just didn't like the anime. I just couldn't get into like I could with the other .hack projects. In fact, I think a lot of people like it just because it has the name .hack attached.

manga all the way! They have their different storylines but I think the manga is better...the anime doesn't have Zefie
...but Mireille is still my favy character from both ^^
