it's about the people, who saw the dream about the Moon. in this dream they was a scientifics who investigate the Earth from space.

This is one of my favorite shoujo manga titles. 21 volumes of drama and suspense!

It's a shame the OAV cut off at six episodes. There was so much story left to tell.
