uhh, thats kinda like asking who made the first TV show.

There are very rare instances ever where a T.V. show doesn't have an opening credits. Every anime show has had one. No-one invented it-it was a given when making shows.

I mean you don't look at the first page of a book for the title-you look at the cover.

This is the same.

It's not that, I've just heard so many Chuck Norris jokes that they've kinda lost their impact on me...
