Personally, I really loved it. Unfortunatly alot of people on this board didnt. The fact that it had 2 artists working together (the one who drew OnePiece and the one who drew FLCL) made it look amazing! And I realy loved the story, but it jumped out so fast at the end it seemed like a few chapters were taken out. I dont know who the writer(s) is, but I think it was really well done and I'll never forget it.

It was ok. Not "zomg" praise worthy but not worth over-looking completely.

Eureka 7 is damn awesome.

For some reason, this mixing of a love story and mecha works! That is such a rarity in almost every day and age.

Plus they're all funny as hell. Especially when everyone get's the wrong idea when eureka and renton aren't exactly seing eye to eye XD.

E7 is one of the best animes I've ever seen. It has an amazing story which is more original than most out right now.
The characters are easy to like and get attached to, the style (graphically) was gorgeous.
The only downside of this series is that the main character cries like a **** ALL the time.

I wish they would give this show a second run on [adult swim], but unfortunately it looks like it's going to be Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex until the end of time.

Agreed. GITS doesnt even deserve to be on there.
They need to bring back E7, Kikaider, and Blue Gender.

Actually GITS:2ndGig has been on saturdays at 1am and they just finished it last sat.
Wolf's Rain is good, but I can get the DVDs for $5 a piece at gamestop so its not really worth it. Big O would be nice to see again, or a new anime. Like Trinity Blood season 2.

I thought trinity blood was over.
Big O would be cool, but I don't think near enough people like it.
I'm surprised Blue Gender hasn't had a second run.

I know why they don't show Blue Gender. 'Cause it sucked.
To be more politically correct, I didn't much care for it. :P

Eureka 7, however, is full of awesome. I loved/love that anime. The dubbing was quite good and the story kept me interested throughout, even if it did get a bit dramatic at times. Meh, dramatic situations call for over-the-top emotions.
Oh, and DominicXAnemone are adorable. <3 Better even than EurekaXRenton.

YAY! Someone who shares the same idea as me, but even better than that, Anemone and Dominic arent transformed into celestial beings, so that means, yes, they can DO it! Plus the fact that Anomone is crazy make it seem more realistic, and Dominic is like the hopless pervert that tries to hide his fealings about a psycho alien chick (cough-D**k-S**King-Tentacles-cough, cough-alienherpies-cough).

I'm glad they started a new run of this show on [adult swim]. It immediately became one of my favorites when it started airing in '06, though at that point I had not yet watched the fansubbed version of it, so it was totally new to me. ^^

Yes, E7 was new for me too. Then again, I don't really watch fansubs.

I was very happy that AS started showing it again! I actually found out from a friend who had just mentioned it off-handedly. Too bad it's running at 1:30 AM. :/ That kinda sucks.

Watching it last night reminded me just how good the dub really is. I've heard a few people complain about it, but it really is quite stellar.

I love E7 :3!! one of the best mobile suit animes i've seen in the longest time!! The romance and action were really nicely executed XD and at first when i watched it, i was like "wtf? surfing gundams?" but when i really got into it, omg it was soooo cool <3 hehe. The music that they chose for the anime was pretty cool too :3.

Eureka seven is one of my favorite mecha anime I have seen (except for ttgl tengen toppa gurren laggann)

This is probably one of my favorite part: http://youtube.com/watch?v=53qqsEojuw8
Renton finally finds out that theres real people inside the mechs and he is actually KILLING them sorry if that is a spoiler

Warning extremely violent scene

I agree absolutely 100%. I love it, and it's my all-time favorite anime series!

I always decide on anime by the ending of the series wether to place it as my favorite or not...Eureka Seven is the first anime to ever get that honor of being my favorite, it absolutely nailed a great ending (though there are a lot of greats out there, that's why I couldn't decide for so long)!

And I can't wait for the E7 movie!
The rainbow...light. Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, and Violet.

And beyond that light, there is... Black.

You can't be serious. Just about every single Gundam? Fafner in the Azure? Zone of The Enders: i, Dolores?
Those are just off the top of my head.

Yeah but this one has the mecha as a secondary element and the love story as the primary element.

All the gundams out there don't focus on relationships primarily, or if they do they faulter about half way through and that gets completely lost.

Actually, I preferred this story line compared to most other animes. Good call Snowman.
