That's because, just like what my previous post poked at, what's accepted by society is ruled by the society itself and if the loudest part of it is yaoi-fangirls, then what they say will be accepted. They don't consider themselves perverts despite the fact that they may very well be the most perverted of us all ;P ("may very well be" because it's obviously not a guaranteed fact. It just kinda seems that way ;P) because it's commonly accepted for them to adore their perverted comics and pictures. If you ask one of them "do you realize how perverted you are with your yaoi-adoring and how contradictory it is to shout "YOU PERVERT!" at men who look at yuri?", then their heads will probably turn all funny and they, depending on how that specific person is, may or may not come up with a tacked together bad excuse to try to defend themselves :D
Basically, yuri-fanboys (are males even fanboys to the yuri in the same way as girls are yaoi-fanboys ;P? -please note that our resident Mega Perv is an exception-) have gotten a "taboo" stamp slapped on their faces =P
Besides, when people think "perverted", they think "porn" and that leads to "female in sexual acts"(despite the fact that males most certainly are included ;P Silly society) and as such, it's socially accepted for females to bash males for looking at it as people subconsciously consider it "degrading" to the females (which considering most of it, aside from rape which is highly immoral and many avoid, was made with the females' consent)
Basically, society sucks and isn't making sense.
The problem is that humans will continue doing things that aren't logical until someone makes it clear to them that it isn't. In such cases, they will either try to justify it in some way or they'll accept it and do what makes sense.
Too bad that never really happens =P
