They are too young to be their parents. Kairi, Riku, and Sora were 4 and 5 be the time they this game takes place. So unless Ven had Sora when he was ten, then its not likely...

I believet Nomura said in an interview (in KHInsider) that Ven's connection with Sora/Roxas will be revealed at the end of his chapter in the BbS game......

I want to play Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix + but it Japan only. The words are in english but the text not including stuff like hp mp stuff like that are in Japanenese. It longer with more fight like you fighting all members of XIII. Go to youtube to see this stuff.

everyone's already seen those pics. Well now there's been more speculation on the games. I'll post the links to the final interviews. It turns out BBS will use a more better version of the card battle system from CoM. Coded is pretty much a useless game because it's just basicly a puzzle game. In 358/2 Days you WILL be able to play as all 14 MEMBERS OF THE ORGANIZATION. Also, if you know about Gemaga magazine, import december's edition from Japan as soon as November 30th hits midnight, because The December edition of Gemaga will contain a dvd that has over 100 game trailers, including the original trailers for BBS,Coded, and 358/2 Days! I will post the link as soon as I get it.

Actually I hear that there was a mistranslation about the DVD made by KHvids and it will not Contain the KH's videos just a featured article of the new games.

I'm not so concered with the new KHgames. The onlt two worth playing are the ones on the PSP and the DS. The game due for release on the PS3 is worthless, not just because of the platform, but it's straying off the main line of Sora and Riku.(Make all comments now...end all comments). So yeah, I honestly think they should have let it end with KH2 and not try to milk the franchise for anymore money.

I can't really say my opinion on the ps3 title since there is no info on it though i'm sure it will touch on Kairi's story which needs to be done.

Yay now I have a reason to use my psp other than using it for music and videos. Funny story though the only reason why I got it was because my parents thought I was gonna die in the next three months and be bed ridden. Yay Monno!

personally, if you've read the Ansem reports, you'd have all the information you needed about Kairi, in my opinion. Just in case, I'm labeling it as a spoiler...

 Ansem Report 11 - This report is given to you after the defeat of Kurt Zisa.

In opening the door that stores a world's hearts, the wall around that world is broken down. We see this as a shooting star. Through this, I have been able to understand the reason why the material known as Gummi Blocks has the ability to allow travel to other worlds.

The cause of a world's wall collapsing is the appearance of the Heartless, but finding a world's door takes time. And robbing a world of its heart is a similar case.

If the door has been closed by the key known as the Keyblade, you probably cannot reach that world's heart again. Before the one with the Keyblade appears in this world, I must take measures to do something.

Supposing that there is a close relationship between the Princesses and the Keyblade, it seems likely that they will resonate with each other...

At first, that doesn't sound like Kairi, does it? However, if you will remember, in the storyline, it was confirmed that she didn't come from Destiny Islands, but from Hollow Bastion. It was also confirmed that she WAS a princess. The only difference that I can spot is that, instead of leading him to the "one holding the key", she led the "one holding the key" to him. Now, why was she able to wield the keyblade? Good question... why is Riku able to wield it? Simple, he may not be the "Keyblade master" as Sora is, however he is still a keyblade wielder. Why is he a keyblade wielder? That was probably explained earlier in this thread, and if not will probably be explained in BBS. As for why Kairi is a wielder, that may stem from the fact that her heart was so close to Sora's for most of the first KH game, it wouldn't be surprising to me if her ability to wield the keyblade stemmed from that bond. Another thing to note is that, upon replaying KH2, I noticed that the key chain attached to her blade was the version of the oathkeeper pendant given to Sora and the false Riku in KH:CoM. It's just an idea, but it's possible, in my opinion, that she can't wield any other keyblade besides that one, like how it seems Riku can only wield the Kingdom Key, the Oblivion, and the "Soul Eater" if I remember the name correctly...

In the KH2 ending what did they mean birth by sleep and we they make KH3. IJ keep hearing people saying yes and no about it. Or will 3 be something like Keyblades Wars that I heard about?

we already know most of the Ansem reports of Kairi which wasn't much except she was used as a tool. However Kairi's keyblade is more then that I believe in the KH novel it explains Riku Had a long lost memory and then her keyblade appeared to him. I wounder what the memory was.

the Trailer at the end of KH2 for the psp game titled "Birth by Sleep" it is not Kingdom Hearts 3 however they have to make Birth by Sleep to set up for KH3.

you may be on to something Laysh. I have yet to read the novel (since I've yet to FIND it online lol), but when I read it, that might help to either fill in a few holes in my theory, or punch enough holes in it to make me have to rethink it.

Well anyways, the 2nd volume of the KH2 manga has been announced for an 08 release. If you've been patient then hopefully it'll be good. The Final Mix+ Artbook is set for a summer 08 release.

The novels actually go a bit deeper into the story.And Nomura stated that the extra info in the novels are canon due to the fact that they couldnt be put into the game.
