I forgot since i hadn't heard it in a while. lol
But now that I think about it I also like the .hack//roots ending theme song

G.U. (Vol 1-2) has some excellent music, my favourites being...

OST 1:

- Arche Kloen Falls (OST 1, Disc 2, Track 5)
- Ovan - The Epitaph is Told (OST 1, Disc 2, Track 11)
- Endrance - The Best Love (OST 1, Disc 2, Track 12)
- I'm right here (OST 1, Disc 2, Track 17)
- Location of Power (OST 1, Disc 2, Track 19)
- Lost Resolution (OST 1, Disc 2, Track 23)
- 'She' (OST 1, Disc 2, Track 24)
- Gentle Hands (OST 1, Disc 2, Track 28)

...basically, the entire 2nd CD of OST I has the highest level of quality any soundtrack can have. Not one track I dislike on there.

- The Casting Off of Ideals (OST II, Disc 1, Track 15)

The one thing you can't fault G.U. on is the soundtrack. Epic stuff.

My favourite? Probably 'The Casting Off of Ideals'.

Yasashiku Kimi wa Hohoende Ita (You Smiled Kindly) is way better than Carl's Theme in my opinion.
But really, both are great songs. I could listen to them all day.
