 I have no idea what those weapons are, I don't think they're the honey suckles though. Anyways since this is a weapon identification thread, I think we are kinda curious to find out what Ovan's weapon is. I'm suprised it wasn't in the perfect guide or at least the guide that most of the info on the .hack wiki is based off of. We know that the "Twilight"/
"Demon slice" isn't a level 75 weapon but he could've upgraded it using AIDA or some way of getting virus cores. However all of the lost weapons have weird colored sections on them that identify the users color. I was wondering if you previous VOL3 players notice if he uses a different weapon later in the game?

Twilight is the weapon Ovan uses in battle. His Lost Weapon has no official English name but it's something along the lines of "Coming Reincarnation". "Demon Slice" doesn't exist at all, where did you get that from?

Ok, I see, it was a mistranslation. Its Japanese name, Ouma ga Toki (逢魔ヶ刻), "The Demon Hour", is a set phrase for dusk. Ouma means "meeting of demons", and "Toki" means "Time", but it can also mean "Carving". They apparently didn't know "Ouma ga Toki" was a set phrase, and came up with their own thing...

You can give it away? Cause when I tried to sell it, because it had 5 stars, it wouldn't let me. So, I just assumed it was the same with trades/gifts.

I dont think you can trade it. Maybe hes mixed up with another weapon.

Its a lvl 66 item, so it shouldent be that great in Volume 3.

Coming Reincarnation is Demon Slice in english, and thats not his lost weapon. The creators were probaly to lazy to make another Steam gunner lost weapon.

I remember that too, but its called Demon Slice. Someone hacked volume 1 and thats what they got.

Anyway, after re-watching .hack Roots, I noticed the Twin Blade Haseo pulled out at the Forest of Pain
has the same design with the picture of the weapon I posted. Though the colour is different from the anime.

The forsest of pain weapon isent the weapon in the picture.......That weapon was gold, this one is silver. The Lit Honeysuckle looks like a silver version of the Forest of pain weapon. Its an upgraded Lit Honeysuckle.

Ok, I'll explain one more time. The bayonet Ovan uses in the games is "Twilight", which is mistranslated as "Demon Slice" in the code of the U.S. version for reasons I've already given. This isn't his Lost Weapon, it might be a hitherto unexplained "guildmaster" weapon or something (like Yata's fans, which also have a name matching his guild). But, whatever it is, the Perfect Guidebook says that his Lost Weapon is called "Coming Reincarnation", which has no official English name yet (or maybe ever).

No one else's ability is their lost weapon, so it's doubtful.
