I.. I think he was talking about Alkaid's arena partners, who aren't even confirmed to be her sisters, and which has nothing to do with this topic. O_o;

those 2 are not her sisters haha. Just because they call her sis doesn't make then. They think of Alkaid as a big sister because she acts strong and is strong.

Right anyway to answer the question he doesn't specifically tell her anything because she already seems to know what was going on, implying that she was still aware of some of the goings on. She also one of the few victims to retain her memory of the incident for whatever reason along with Shino and Sirius.
