I'm not really sure either, but hes got his picture on gamestop, so he might be on the blacklist like Dark Knight Sparda said, or you might face him in the arena, I don't really know, but he seems pretty cool.

Alright, hes a lord partizan, so that makes him even cooler in my book.

New rule:
If you find a picture,and it's person you don't know,and they have black streaks runnign along their character sketch outline,don't ask who they are.They're blacklist PKs.There have been topics about who they are far to many times....
