Okay, the point is that these are people CC2 and Bamco decided not to give you, but you think you should have them anyway.
I say Ovan. It stinks how he comes back at the end of the borderline pointless Returner OVA, right after the games, where he might have been fun to have.

Pi and Kuhn. They can help accumulate alot of combos so I tend to use them alot.
