The Perfect Guidebook does not say outright that Endrance is Elk; it merely gives sufficient evidence to make it nearly certain. The connection has, however, finally been stated in plain text. It's in Volume 2 of the GU novels.

We suspected Elk=Endrance ever since the earliest trailers and pictures. Evidence continued to pile up through the games and manga. The Perfect Guidebook provided sufficient evidence to convince even those who had doubted all along. But it hadn't been stated flat-out until now.

When talking to someone, or multiple people online, grammar is important. Just remember to scan over what has already been written, and revise if need be. I sound like a damn english teacher, but I was always an A+ in Literature and Writing Enrichment. Khun, just be careful with spelling and sentence structure, that's all. Endrance had a cat in GU+? Well that explains everything. But GU+ isn't canon. I mean, come on! There's all kinds of bull in there!
