Yes, Ina is Ovan's younger siser. Aina was the first victim of Ovan's AIDA infection, and even before she fell comatose, she was sick with a deadly disease.

So, is ovan in any real control over the AIDA?
The lock supposely kept it in line and he controlled himself well
during the fight. So what is it that makes it go berjerky?

His weakness,when it happens,and when he's close to death,or it's desperate.
It's also becoming gradually stronger,and more deepl;y infected,so he would eventually loss control altogether.

She's sickly so she lives in a hospital, but AIDA made her comatose.

Aina's illness (it was supposedly said to be an uncurable disease) was so bad, she was sent to a hospital in Germany (this makes me assume during Ovan's absense, he visited his sister in Germany). But with modern technology, Aina managed to keep in touch with her brother through The World.

Damn, Masato must've had to pay extra for his sister going comatose, too.
