I think Nero is supposed to be an all-new character, because Dante himself makes an appearance. >_>

Dante will be a playable character. Don't get your panties in a twist, Carol.

As Annwyn, Dante and Nero are two completely separate characters. I don't know where you got the idea that they're the same...

Dante and Nero:

Dante is being voiced by the same guy as in DMC3, Reuben Langdon, and I recognize the voice easily, I've heard it so much. XD

Nero is being voiced by Johnny Yong Bosch, and we should all know who that is.

And you will get to play as Dante, and I'll always be playing as Dante I assure you.

Wonder if Vergil might be available.

Probably not. As he is dead. DMC4 happens after DMC.

Then again Sparda is for play in DMC3 and he's dead.

Gawd why are all the cool guys dead?

Oya Dante and Nero are alive.

And Dante is a villian in the eyes of Nero, but he's still the same Devil Hunter we all know and might love. He later becomes a supporting character.

He's not lame. Red Queen and Blue Rose rock, as does Nero in general.

In a gameinformer article the guy leadeing the project for DMC 4 said Vergil will be in the game they just don't know what role he will play...he also said he had a large fan base and members also on the project didn't wan't to give him up. ^_^

Yeah it's kinda like a switch thing you play ass Nero for some levels then you play as Dante who will have some totaly different levelss or have the same just in a different location of Neros level.

Also if anyone is wondering Dante gameplay is up at youtube as well as the Barel boss battle and the first and second trial stage is up all in english.

I'd rather play with Nero more than Dante I've had enough of him in DMC 3. Nero can also pick up just about any enemy with his arm.
