i have a few questions about vol 3 *lots of spoilers*

i was wondering some things about volume 3 who all do you get on your team. are there any people that actually die in the comas? does ovan die like in RL. when you get bordeaux does she still have the aida look or is it cured? *that questions kinda stuipid* i heard you have to fight the dopple in main story what leads to that? and lastly what all happens in forest of pain do you figure out what happened to those that were lost when it was first out

2) No, no one ever dies from a coma. Not even Ovan

3) Bordeaux was cured of AIDA infection when you beat her in Volume Two.

4) No, you never have to fight Doppelganger in the story.

5) In the Forest of Pain, you join up with Tabby, and you allegedly meet AI Harald and Ovan's spirit.

6) You learned what happened to the Unreturners WAY before that.

i just thought that the aida messed up her character data.
so the unreturners were attacked by aida? cuz it said something like their character data was lost

Yea, that should've been obvious since the end of Volume 2. All of the Unreturners were put into comas by the AIDA. Their character data wasn't lost, it's their consciousness that's in peril.

Maybe not the doppleganger on the field, but what about the dopplegangers that mimic your party in the Cubia Core
Those are in the storyline.

Those are nowhere close to being the same.

I don't think you can compare a game event to an aspect of Cubia, in my opinion. Furthermore, it doesn't have the same stat parameters, equipment, drops, behavior, difficulty, name, appearance, etc. of the Doppelganger we're used to.

Just use a Gameshark, AR MAX, Codebreaker, etc. to put it into the game.

Dude the level of his sword is only 147, where did you get 999? In my hacked Volume 1 and Volume 2 gamesaves I added in Gabi's Sword and it said level 147 not 999. Besides even if it was level 999 broadsword, haseo in my save game is level 999.

Well if you put in some certain numbers into your cheating device in the English version of the game then you will get some weird weapons that are level 999 and there names are in Japenese. Although there stats suck (like physical attack +5).

What I just did is what people would refer to as a smart(y) pants/alec/ass. *pardon the language* Sure, they aren't nearly as painful as the ones e have previously encoutnered but they do fit the description of a doppleganger and they are semi-referred to as such before you fight them.
(of course you could totally prove me wrong considering I don't know what the kanji in their display name reads as)

But, I made my statement because The .hack newbie said that he had heard that you fight dopple in the main story. Why else would anyone say this other than in reference to the ones at the end of the game?

i would say not because thats the ending of the game and you cant end a game twice but ive never played it so i dont know
