(Chrono Crusade spoiler)

I think someone mentioned this earlier. I don't want to say that the ending was sad, at least not in the traditional sense. The ending was actually very sweet, and you felt it coming from the beginning but still didn't think it would actually happen. This was the only other time I cried while watching anime.

No, no death's in FMA.

Except for the following who've already been listed most notably in this thread

maes hughes
edward(dispite the fact he comes back to life)
Al(again, dispite the fact that he come's back to life)

No doubt that there's more still to come/have been said, but these are the main 3 who people pick out.

No other Death's in FMA my ass:

You forgot about:

Sloth
Dante
Greed
Lust
Lujan
Marda
Pride (King Bradley)
Scar
Archer
Majehal
Nina
Baas Grahn
Kimbley

I could Go on, and yes...they all died in the series...not the movie.

I don't call myself a Fullmetal Fanatic for nothing.

Eh? Eeeto. . You mistook it btw. . What I mean is that there's no death (That is sad) in the ending. Well yes, Hughes did die. . .But its not in the ending.
If you talking about Bradley, well . . . He's a bad guy, so there's no count XD

What I point is Edward and Alphonse, both of them didn't die >.<

Surprisingly, that hasn't made them exempt from appearing in this thread.

This is also about saddest anime death's anywhere in a serie's, not just the end. Heck, if the main character die's about 12 ep's in, then it could be included.

I thought the death's of Nina and Sloth were pretty sad.

Edward almost cried when he killed Sloth, and Ed lost his mind when Nina was killed.

Not to mention Ed went temporarily insane after killing Greed.

He was also, a little sad (teensy bit) when Lust got killed, because she helped him in the end.

Those are kinda Sad Anime Death's.

That's my opinion.

I had some serious mixed feelings about the Nina death. I mean, I'd rather see her dead then be a suffering, half-baked chimera. Of course i'd rather see her as her young, spunky self again, but since her dad went off the deep-end, that really wasn't going to happen.

Anyways, I was a lot sadder when i found out Nina and Alexander were turned into a chimera then when I found out that the chimera had been killed.

That would be the manga ending.. anime ends with  Chrono and Rosette dying next to eachother when Rosette's time runs out, then it jumps foreward a few years and Azmaria is praying by Rosette's grave.

For me, the saddest anime death had to be Hughes. But Zabuza and Haku come close, as well as Macha. good characters...

Although this is off topic, I'll say that the saddest anime moment for me had to be the end of a later episode of fruits basket, leaving Tohru in the rain. Now that moment was difficult to watch.

Man, I'm glad to be back. I come back to find this thread is full ofd Hughes Death and Rosette and Chrono's death's. They were sad...yes.

But, what I thought was sad...is the Soul Death or Robert Hayden from the Law of Ueki...I can't wait for the 8th disc.
