(Original) Grunty theme remix?

Okay, so I was listening to music on random in Winamp just now, when all of the sudden a guitar remix of the Grunty riding theme came on, from the .hack GU OST 2. its track 23, title is "Puchi Running", comes two songs after this game's theme song, and two before the song that plays during bike races (immediately before it is SPEED-BOY, which I dont recall hearing in the game, and immediately after is Winning Cheer, which i think plays in the Arena).

its a pretty cool remix, so my question is, do you hear it anywhere in the game? or is it maybe a desktop music, or just an OST-only song?

I'm pretty sure that installing different engines into your Bike makes different songs play during the Bike Missions. I've got "We're the Grunties!" playing while do them.

i was wondering why the grunty music was playing during the races against the goblins....
GAWD DAMN that song is stuck in my head...especially the "Hee hee hee, ha ha ha!" part...*smacks head against desk*

the puchi running song...i think i heard it somewhere before....then again, that could just be me remembering it off my soundtracks....its a good rocking out theme though.

theres A LOT of good "rocking out" music in the .hack soundtracks, including Roots OSTS, and most of the G.U series soundtracks.

In the Puchi song thing, is it just me or does part of it sound like Keroro Gunsou is talking? I wouldn't be surprised... I mean, he is trying his best to take over the planet. I think.

have no clue what you're talking about (well, WHO you're talking about)
a) i didnt hear a single voice in the puchi running song
b) if you're talking about the main voice in the "we are the grunties" song, then yes, it sure damn does sound like the person is trying to take over the world...and in my mind, its actually working...that DAMN SONG is stuck in my head PERMANTLY...like...its been playing in my head almost all day since last monday..(before vol 2 even came out)...ever since those soundtracks arrived...(roots, dusk, liminality, 65% of the singles, sign, g.u, extra soundtrack, and legend of twilight soundtracks)

gawd i'm a anime/video game OST buff...lol
