I'd probably go with the following (all very friendly) people

Sosuke Aizen-If your a close enough friend, he can get you a damn lot of power when he takes over every world/planbe of exsistence that there is to offer.

Suzumiya Haruhi-There's something about the power to change and very much destroy the world which seem's to make her that much more cooler/hotter than any other chick in anime.

AuraTwilight-Such a modest and humble person, I'm sure he won't talk about himself to the point that people will quote him at some point down the line.

The Laughing man from GITS-Think about it people, he can fool the entire world with enough hack's to make this fansite look like a dayspa. He could easily find us a few extra dollar's here and there, you know.

Nabuca from ImaBoku. He might be emotionally dead, and a child soldier at that, but he's proven before that if you're one of the few people he considers a friend, he'll go out of his way to protect you.
