I don't remember where exactly, I lost my copy of Analysis a couple years ago, but a page describes the Tsukasa AI being created from all the failed Tsukasa copies in the SIGN Net Slum, the Subaru AI being created by Subaru holding Aura's hand when Net Slum crashed, and the Sora AI being created due to Skeith and Sora's interactions in Zero.

No, there's nothing like that. In fact, analysis suggests that the Sora seen as a bonus character is the real Sora. (Something the game does a little too, by having him actually say all his skill names, and other things)
