Old Characters New Avatars spoliers?

If i remember correct they said(I dont remember who) that all the characters in gu would be new(only the pc are new) and no old character wwhould return ,but this has been proben wrong in the following cases:

Sora-Haseo
Wiseman-Yata
Sieg-Kuhn
Elk-Endrance(the people in the board say is confirmed)
Piros-Piros the third(obvious)
Natsume-Natsume(do i have to say something)
Kite,Orca,Balmung-Azure Knights(Only the pc not the players)
Kaochin-Kaochin(she is the girl that looks like subaru in sign only with blondhair and returns as one of the chaotik ok in vol3 of GU)

Can you confirme if im correct and also if there are more characters returnin,
Also it whould be funny to se this:
Tsukasa,Mimiru,Subaru and the res of the cast from sign logged into the worldR2 with they all characters, and in mac anu they run into haseo
Haseo:you look familiar oh my head it hurts
Haseo:1338(in the englis version sora replaces letters with numbers)

I don't understand whythey even have some of these people retuning. I mean, Yata and Kuhn sure. Piros and Natsume, okay. But seriously, they didn't have to bring Sora, or Kaochin back. I still think Sora=Haseo = Fan-Service.

But hey, I may grow comfortable with it, and then like it. I mean, its happened before. And its not like its going to crash the entire G.U. series. Meh, guess I was just hoping for a new guy as the hero instead of an old one.

Kao-chin is AWESOME. More awesome if she's a surprise, but still.

You forgot NOVA, I think. The Net Slum PCs also return, and Keyaki may or may not be Helba. Ovan and Gabi might have been minor characters, considering they're "old friends" of Yata and of the two at least Ovan made his PC on the first day R:2 was open (generally a sign of a returning character). Ginkan also shows up in Roots, and maybe one of the guards in Online Jack is one of the guards in Liminality. Sugai breaks into the CC lab using an item he got "from a certain hacker".

The announcer has always been the announcer since Fragment, though know one knows what he did. Also, there are still a few characters in each generation that we don't know a lot about irl, so things are left a bit open, I wouldn't say that no others are possible...

I find it kinda ironic that the .hackers find eachother but arent aware that they have.

It is sort of ironic(although I wouldn't use the word ironic...mabye quirky) that they didn't,but thus is the way of the internet and it's many games(nbut in all fairness,Endrance should have recognized Piros,Natsume,Azure Kite,Azure Balmung,and Azure Orca,even if the latter three wernt really them.

No they didn't. Most poeple call him by his Japanese name Ginkan. He wa smentioned earlier.

Only Yata, Piros and Natsume were .hackers though. Sieg, Sora and Ginkan aren't.

The only one out of all of them Elk would have probably actually cared about is Kite, even then he is only obsessed with Mia and Haseo, so even then Kite would be of no concern to him.

Because it'd been seven f*cking years and even assuming they remember him, there's probably little emotional significance.

Really, the only character I can imagine making a serious reaction to Azure Kite's appearance is Blackrose.

In the .hack// WIKI it says Haseo's and Sora's player are both named Ryou Misaki... Meaning Haseo is Sora... Although I do hate to tell you this...

Theres a few NPC's from IMOQ running around someone mentioned NOVA, but there's also Henanko though she doesn't seem as entertaining as before and few others which escape me at the moment.

I always had a thought that Ovan was possibly Balmung.
